Thanks for making this video it reminds me why I never wanna go back, I will never deny where I'm from and being from there made a perspicacious and strong person but there's a world outside the bronx and what bothers me the most is that the people are lounging around comfortable with no desire drive better or live better .. tossed the metro card for 2 vehicles and a apt for a house, especially pissy staircases and elevator ..some people may not like this but they can't say I'm lying.
I didn’t expect, “…never wanna go back” when you started with “Thanks for the video…”🤣 However, you made an excellent point when I kept reading, Jayboogiej 👍🏾. Humans generally resist change due to the fear of the unknown and would rather get comfortable with the status quo. Also, “ignorance” is bliss. Therefore, testaments like yours, Jayboogiej, will hopefully get people thinking about opportunities outside their home turf. It starts with the exposure. Just like thousands risking their lives to cross the border into this country just because of what they see on the media/ movies (truth or not).
On the flipside, let’s give credit to the few diehards who find solutions to problems in their neighborhoods and turn them into economic opportunities.🤔 Just something to think about for those who have to stick around for whatever reason.

Here in New York, "Drought" is not a word in the dictionary. The water just pours like crazy in the summer. People also use it to cool down from the heat.

Within the hoods where apartments are close and stuck on top of each other, the walkways are great spaces to hang out. In general, I'd say most people live in apartments (within NYC). Summer weather goes by quickly so it's all about enjoying the moment.
