As per the Act we need to start the construction within 6 months and shall complete in 3 years…. But no problem sir no one questions you if you have permission…

There is option for amount refund sir... Municipality will send rejection list to TSBPASS cell with remarks so amount will be refunded... Enquire the prohibited lands details in concerned municipality sir or you can check in prohibited properties list in stamps and registration department

Proposed road : example your road is 20 feet , in future it may widened to 30 feet then proposed road is 30 feet
