- As we all know, BeamNG is still an unfinished game. Bugs and other errors are nothing unusual, and sometimes they can ruin your whole mood in a matter of seconds. In today's video, I have prepared a compilation of what you can experience in BeamNG. Enjoy. :)

The audacity of BeamNG AI is unreal, they cause a car crash and then they honk at you for that.
sometimes on the autobahn when im passing the ai while they are going 90kmh and im going 100kmh with a *trailer*..they decide to swerve into me when i pass them, they either end up flying into the car next to them or just becoming crumpled by my massive 30ft gooseneck dually wheels
That AI actually simulates Real drivers in 2024
Its worse with police 😭 they are not yielding for crap and the next thing you know "The police are pursuing you"

@@damanchur604 any halfshaft damage on AWD cars and you're finished. RWD and FWD only on the driven axle, 4WD just chilling, you can have one wheel working and figure something out

Fake mods and ,,No texture" is the biggest pain

Or mods that remove parts from the parts selection menu for a completely different vehicle. One day the race limited slip differential option for the D-series just disappeared never to be seen again. Not invisible, just straight up removed from the game. None of the other ones get power to the ground

No they are not on chase they would all be going after him and they are not so do some research
@@Mrtitanosaur we all know that there are many drivers that do things like going into the exit from the farthest lane you would have seen some videos too and people also cut off others sometimes and this can result in a crash u can see a video of that too soo i have done my research
you cant really complain about laggy vehicle ui loading, when you have like 474 mods in your game lmao
I have 56 mods & I disable the mods I don't use, makes it slightly easier to use the UI.
I mean you should complain
dunno what you are talking about, i run beam with 550 mods and the ui is buttery smooth

@@MrInterpriser The beamNG UI is half HTML, half JS and some CSS sprinkled in between. it does not care for the fanciness of your setup it will run like shit no matter what
I disagree with the bad ai part, I think it is actually a very accurate representation of 80% of the drivers I see IRL

I feel like that's how every BeamNG user feels like when any car you like goes outdated. It's like you said in your second mod video at one point you're enjoying your favorite car and then a game update comes and completely breaks it and then you have another favorite car and the cycle starts all over again
It's why auto-update should be turned off at all times.Learned this from modding Minecraft lol 😅

The low FPS is exactly how I play BeamNG (albeit with the graphics set lower than potato to get a whopping 12 FPS)
I trade my fps for good graphics…so yeah potato fps

When you're downloading old mods,make sure that you check for broken windows,lights,body UV's,sounds,instabilities and many more.
I stopped using mods because it had gotten so bad that at one point I had to use tinted windows on the Roamer because normal ones had no texture. It's kind of my own fault for having mods that I haven't updated since the weird paint era which was idk bellow version 0.20 so like 4 years ago lol
there should be an "Ai Stupidity" slider because when I want to realistically crash a car into traffic they get like albert einstein level iq but when I try to drive without crashing the AI turns into a jellyfish (jellyfish do not own the item called: brain)
Also an annoying things is when a mod messes with a vanilla cars textures. for example ibishu kashira gen 2: makes all glass on the bluebuck blue (honestly fits the name but still looks bad, especially the headlights)
If you use the AI UI app you can control their risk level
@@aaronisnotalive How do you make it so that it saves the risk level in traffic. Once they despawn, the risk level resets.
In Beam you pay with FPS and gui load times.
An update costs around 15-20FPS.
A simple mod is about +5 secounds of vehicle selector load times.

Yeah, I was watching this and started to wonder how much of this is really on the game
Yeah, a few of them. For example the 0x00000001 error is 100% related to mods. :D
Biggest pain is when the game updates and one of your mods completely breaks the game and you have to sort through your 150+ mods to find which one is causing issues
BlazerNG has really endured this pain for us
You forgot one :)
When you are on menu and go to a map to spawn, there's a very rare chance to not spawn on map but reentering the menu again. And when you try the second time, it repeats.
To fix it, just close the game and open it again and it's fixed.
I know that bug, just try to open the World editor or open the replays if you have the chance, you don't have to restart the whole game. :D

The biggest pain is when beamng has an update or your pc dies and removes all your mods n zips and you have to get them all back is painful
That's easy to fix. BACKUP regularly!!
one time the BeamNG AI was so stupid I got pulled over twice for not stopping at an intersection (i literally did stop at those intersections)
I just want to appreciate how beaming is so amazing almost every issue with the game comes from mods and not the game itself

AI being stupid shines a lot more when you set the risk to 2,which makes them fast,but unable to take a single corner even in a race car,lower risk makes them painfully slow and still they sometimes fail to turn

bro, i can relate to the missing textures SO MUCH. i'm the type of beamng player to try and make realistic crashes, and then i replay it to look at how cool it was only to notice that the trees in the background have missing textures

the first pain might be bc you have almost 500 mods
another annoying thing is when you try to search things in the mods category and when your typing or removing characters it stops letting you type so you have to reclick the search bar

When it's been a while without cleaning Beamng and you need to do a fully fresh reinstall, so you loose your 240 automation cars because automation updated and it deleted your old cars too

I have never had such problems!! Especially with the launch of traffic. By the way, the more you drive with traffic, the more it learns, for example, bots on the American Road map have learned to drive under bridges and not try to drive over a support. The bots also started to get used to the fact that I can fast rebuild in the lanes)

The pain when it comes to modifying your vehicle after 2 hours then being dusted in a drag race in beamMP is astonishing.

Connection errors when a large map mod is anywhere from 70-99.9% finished downloading. Then it shows up on the repo as already subscribed, but doesn't show up in either mods downloaded or missing subscriptions

You can’t forget lag in general like you’re here and see the car moving but it’s like five seconds per frame
honestly despite some mods having texture issues when they crash, they can be good for traffic
My biggest pain has always been clipping (parts during crashes and cars sticking together)
Its always a sad day when you go back to your car and someone stole your textures.

the worst is when the downloaded car mod has the standard engine sound, i.e. not e.g. v10, but the engine added automatically by the game if it does not load the file with the engine sound

Beamng crashes out if nowhere is real frustrating,my pc runs the game in ultra 1080p 60fps,but crashes happens often
When even the 'own' mods miss textures, like the ETK I-series headlights. Crash one of these cars and you see, 'no textures' is like, wtf.
And yes, when the 'other'' mods are suddenly getting outdated. It is very, very sad.

If you didnt know, modland mods have a tendency to slow down your game, crash the game unexpectedely (even if they are not spawned in), and create a lot of the lua errors you see
Bro all of these i can relate to. like whenever i'm driving on the highway on west coast the ai cars literally try to make me crash. like one time the poilce car literally got mad for him running into me.

For the configuration one, its because you dont have the mod with the config turned on
all i can play is the stunt map and everything else is too laggy to even enjoy and i hardly have any storage to download beamng in the first place, so for me, thats my pain
