It's so cool seeing someone so happy and excited about the same keyboard I have, that I've had since a little kid! I grew to hate it because it wasn't a real piano, but seeing others enjoy it so much has helped given me some newfound appreciation for it and I'm happy I have it ^-^ Also, it's considered vintage? Wow, I didn't know I had it for that long!
It's a great keyboard with unlimited potential for musical delights. I love the mic jack on the deck and all the other features. I found another one slightly newer on Facebook and got that one, too. I would prefer this machine to a real piano. Rich

With all the keyboards and instruments I have you wouldn't think a new $45 plus shipping eBay special could bring this much excitement into my life. I'll probably sit in the window and karaoke all day! Thanks, David. Rich
We have one of those sitting in the basement, never used, no box, not battery cover, no plug. Got it for my daughter for Christmas one year, she never touched it other than moving it around from place to place. I'm thinking of donating it to goodwill.
If you aren't going to use it, might as well donate or sell. You could get $25-$30 for it selling on FB Marketplace or Craigslist, more if you offered shipping on Marketplace. I would be thrilled to find one at a thrift store. Box is not important. People can buy their own cord or just use batteries. Battery cover missing will deduct $20 or so from the value. Rich

Watching you and your pure joy over your new keyboard helped me to rethink what it is i really want out of music. I actually got a little misty eyed watching you and rethinking everything. Thank you.

Sounds pretty good. I just went and tested the voice, since it's not one I use much. I also listened to harpsicord on my Yamaha DGX-650 and Yamaha E-263. They all sound good. This Casio music keyboard doesn't feel or sound like the digital piano, but I play it just as much. It sounds great to me and I love the many features. The mic plug in is super cool. Rich

Who did you buy this keyboard from? Was it an individual person or a company? Was it eBay that gave you the refund or the seller, directly? Because I'm wondering if maybe eBay actually screwed something up, so they refunded you, but still let the seller keep the money as well. I'm curious about that because I'm an avid eBay seller and I've had this happen to me before. I sold something to someone in Japan and it turned out that the item wasn't legal there, or something, so eBay actually refunded the buyer from their own money and let me keep the money the buyer had paid to me. Come to think of it, I actually had this happen to me once before with Amazon. I got refunded for an item I ordered, but then still received the item. I think it was because it was taking longer than expected to ship, so something got screwed up in their system and they thought I wasn't going to get the item. Anyway, the reason I'm watching this video is because I have one of these keyboards and I'd like to see what is supposed to come with it. I got it from my dad's co-worker and I don't have the microphone, or the disc, I think it's supposed to come with. So I can't use it as a karaoke machine. I have a cord to plug it into my computer, but it doesn't do anything. I'm not sure if it's just because I don't have the disc, or if my computer is just not compatible with it, and still wouldn't be, even if I had the disc, because my computer is newer than the keyboard. Or does this thing need to be plugged into a TV?
Gosh, I really, really like the keyboard. To play it all you have to do is plug it into a wall outlet or put in batteries. You will need a microphone and chord (I bought them separately) to sing and play (or sing while the instrument plays). Plugging into computer will not power the keyboard. I haven't tried to use this with a TV yet and may not. All I want is to use it as a keyboard, play and sing. I bought this on eBay from a private person. She refunded the purchase and then I gave her money back when the keyboard finally came. I value this keyboard in great shape at $180 or more. It has touch sensitive keys and many great voices. I wasn't sure if you could use different types of mics with this keyboard, or if only the one that came with it would work.
