    Nice install looks good.
    Just FYI, when setting the fuel pressure, pull the vacuum line off the regulator as it’s pulling vacuum at idle and won’t give u an accurate reading. Ur actually running around 50 psi instead of 44.
    A Walbro 255 pump should do the trick. They’re cheap on eBay.

    This was a very good video and explanation, with clear visuals of installed part and surrounding parts. One of the only videos that was direcr and to the point without opinions only facts. Such a releif now I can go install mine in my 1981 Volvo 244 DL. Thanks

    I have that same cheap fpr...on my lsa supercharged 370"lq9.......works great....best $35 I ever spent.....the boost reference actually works, if you unplug it your fuel pressure will jump up 3-5lbs.... I run mine at 60lb but when I get into boost it jumps upto 63/65psi......I had my doubts when I got it but I've had it running on my car for over 1 year now with no issues. ...so I give it 2 thumbs up just like this video .....and all your other videos

    Where's your boost gauge plumbed into?!
    Just turbo'd my car here too. Same model but i've kept the power steering and air con. Oil sump would not come off so just had to drill into it!.
    How is this running now? did you get a wideband? AEM x series look ok!
    Also.. did you find porting the intake manifold actually did anything?
    Also! with the increased pressure in the engine you might want to look into a catch can?
    Also!! if you're looking for new injectors the ones from the 1.8 lancer will fit, however i've heard that ones from a mitsubishi magna may also fit (or triton) I ordered 4 from ebay for like 50 AUD so maybe 40USD., but haven't checked fitment on them yet to 100% confirm. They have a 50% higher flow rate than the stock 4g15 ones though!

    It needs a fuel pump. My 91 Mustang was doing the same thing and I replaced it. Now fuel pressure holds to where I set it

    Very possible that the pump is on its way out. They usually start showing signs just like what you demonstrated in this video. Probably a good idea to grab another one and swap it out.

    Could it maybe be ignition power draw on the electrical system causing the fuel pump to lose voltage?

      Everything on the fuel system is still stock.. (stock wiring & fuel pump) even when I Rev up the engine, it idles back normally. Nothing too low
      I already ordered a kemso 340lph fuel pump. I'll check flow rates when I'm ready to replace
      I also would like to re wire the pump separately and run better fuel line with all AN fittings, but that'll probably have to wait..

    Hello I have this same issue, when I start my car it reads about 40 psi but after driving around it drops to 30 psi, i was wondering if you have solved this issue, would really appreciate your help. Thank you

      Your psi basic on your rpm. Higher rpm higher psi. Your car is in around $1500rpm to warm up, that’s why at 40psi. After warm up is done at idling, 700rpm is 30 psi.
