    Its nothing short of a crime that this doesn't come with pre-installed mounts for rod holders

    Add a one way drain valve. Easy to fit and works great.

    I have a e-rider.
    If on a lake iI only use the ankerchain without the anker.
    On the river with anker.
    I love to fish on the Eu catfish.
    The e-rider is great on the Ebro in Spain. Very stable and bether dan my bellyboat.

    The only thing your missing is an autoboat spot lock gps system for that trolling motor well actually you would have to check the list of trolling motor compatibility. My buddy just installed one on his kayak and it turns the boat into a hands free system no more messing with anchors or power poles.

    Hi and thanks for the video. I’m running a setup very close to what you got going on there. Only difference is the motor, mine is Minn Kota Endura Max. The Minn Kota has PWM controlled variable speed thrust and the PWM causes issues with the Helix by introducing a lot of interference when not running it at full speed i.e. the PWM duty cycle is not 100%. Do you have interference issues with your motor and does it have the PWM controlled speed setting? So far the only way I’ve been able to solve the issue is by using separate battery for the Helix but that’s yet another battery I need to lug around and remember to charge. I really liked the Y-splitter option and had it made exactly like yours but the interference is always there if I run the Helix from the same battery as the motor. Happy fishing!

    Hello, may I ask? Is it safe and possible to put it on car roof for transportation?

      It is easyer to stay on the same spot with the bellyboat
      That the only benefit.
      I was looking for a front mounted motor with GPS.

    I have a question. How fast were you able to go with the Suzuki 2.5 hp engine?

    • @freddieirvineangling3066
      @freddieirvineangling3066  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Roughly around 6 or 7mph. I prefer the electric motor but the suzuki is good for covering more distance on big waters 😉

      In America if your vessel is being propelled by a motor you have to have it registered with the dmv. And you probably need insurance.
