In this video, we did the mileage test of Kia Sonet Htk Plus 1.2 Petrol variant. For this test, we fully filled our fuel tank with petrol and then drove our Kia's sonet for 76 kms. After driving this distance we again refuelled our fuel tank fully with petrol to check how many litres petrol comes in it to calculate the mileage of it. The result was awesome. I got Highway mileage of 15.2kmpl, drove 250+ km at a stretch. Top speed was around 110kmpl, average speed 90 kmpl, a/c was ON throughout set at 22℃- auto. Passengers- 2 adults and 2 kids
This is the most practical test as no one drives @60kmpl on highways to get good mileage. We drive at the speed of traffic flow of road.
In city drive, the mileage is 12-13 kmpl.
I expect the mileage to increase at least 10-15% after 3rd service and oil change.

I totally agree. I drove from Jabalpur to Mumbai, for around 1100kms. 2 passengers. AC was on throughout. The max speed was 125 - 130kmph. I got an mileage of 15km/L. Ofcourse on such a long journey the mileage deffered from stretch tot stretch and 16 is the max I have seen.
In Mumbai, I get 11 - 13km/L with AC on. If stuck in traffic, this can fall to 9km/L as well.
