Nadia, your videos are wonderful!
So informative and give you a real sense of what to expect.
With patience and persistence, you have awesome whale swims.
We stayed at Blue Lagoon Resort shown in this video for our week September 2023.
Such a humbling experience to swim with these majestic beings.
The tenderness between the mothers and calves is delightful. So tactile.
Your video a mother and calf 'logging' at the surface was stunning.
We found the water clarity a bit variable as well as the prevailing with factor on many days.
Loved it all.... Thanks for being so thorough in your whale swim coverage.

Our week in September 2023 hit a lot of humpback jackpots.
Day One - morning - 3 different Heat Runs (very unsual) - 2 swimable;
afternoon - 45 minutes in water with mother and calf logging near the surface.
Day Two - singer - hanging vertically below us - we could hear it and feel it.
Afternoon - mother and older calf.
Days Three to Five - encounters every day - breaching, tail slapping, pec slapping, mothers and calf, some with one or two escorts.
One lunch stop was Swallow Cave - reef and fish swim before lunch.
Weather. 2 calm days. 3 windy. Rain only once - overnight...
We had a total of 8 whale good whale swims in 5 days of which 5 were great encounters.
I had one calf come up from the depths eyeballing me passing within 3 metres.
One breach was within 100 metres of the boat...
Awesome and enchanting Vava'u encounters... Highly recommended.

This would be a dream come true. Since I was a little girl I wanted to swim with Humphrey the Humpback Whale or his family. Humphrey came into the San Francisco Bay in the 80s. I'm on a fixed income of 1k a month so I will never get to fullfil this dream. Unless there's an angel out there who wants to help this girl❤❤🐋🐋❤️
