Michelle, you may want o look into buying small silicone pouring cups. After the leftover resin cures you can just peel it out. They come with smooth sides so mixing will be easier. ❤

I just put the mica and white bloom mixed together it was pretty but I'm still learning but 2 out of 4 was so pretty . But I'm definitely trying a dirty poor bloom with different colors now

The green is beautiful and I'm dying for that mold or the geode version. I have the square version, but I would so prefer the round.
The edge is supposed to be like broken rock, hence the matte parts.

Such a shame that the bloom didn’t work but according to all the other resiners I have watched there’s definitely a maximum amount of pigment/mica/paint etc you can use, so it’s definitely worth noting for another time. It would have been a gorgeous bloom but for that, and the outer green colour was just gorgeous! Always glad to see everything that you do because it makes you human and “more approachable” for anyone who is not as experienced. Must dash to get ready for work now (it’s 6.45am UK time) but I hope you’ll try the same thing again just with less of the mica! Perhaps add the white liquid/pigment first next time? And then a hint of mica not a lot? Love your work and your personality ❤❤ keep going no matter what because you brighten my mornings every day when I wake up in pain (fibromyalgia) x

@glitznglitterbymichelle1 I have finally tried blooms again and tried a double layered poinsettia so fingers crossed it doesn't look stupid lol
I use little paper cups or little silicone cups ,the paper ones i can just wipe out with a wipe and reuse a couple times , the silicone ones just let the resin cure and it pops right out , while your not happy with the result its just the resin being resin it still looks good in its own way

Hi Michelle, regardless of what you do or how it ends up, I love your channel. It’s a joy to watch and very educational. I wonder if you wouldn’t mind doing me a huge favor? I recently brought a small vacuum chamber type product and had to send it immediately back because it required me to hold it in two hands and push up
with my thumbs to open it. I am a polio survivor and have very little use of my left arm so the thought of doing that with a pot of resin inside of the chamber just was never going to work. I shudder to think lol. I
Know you purchased and use a vacuum chamber, and I wonder if on one of your videos you could show on camera, the opening and closing of the lid, I need an inexpensive vacum chamber that is more user friendly. I feel that, bring the sweetheart that you are, you might not mind being approached with such an unusual request. Either way much love, and keep up the fantastic work.

I figured out the problem, redemption tonight! It wasn’t the mica!
Can you stop the process of the blooms from forming too much if you stick it in the fridge to slow down the movements ,🤷♀️🤷♀️ just thought about it 😮

Is it only the paste that blooms ? And the mica powders or alcohol inks provide the color ? Can you make a bloom with any colored paste ? So sorry the blobbies took over ! Loved the green !

The paste is what blooms best the rest is for color. I haven’t tried other colors 🤔
Petra uses interference in her white a lot. I love M & S. I think the gold made it too heavy

Just a thought this is a so-called fail. What would happen if you tried outlining the blobs with a marker or a couple of different markers? The bloom won't be there, but it may save the piece?

Do you know if there’s any resin that has a working time longer than 40 minutes? I’ve looked around on different web sites, but I’m not finding any.
Let’s Resin is all I use and the epoxy has 40-50 minutes other than that you would need to use deep pour resin for longer time than that.
