It’s quite spectacular up close! As mentioned in the video, I genuinely had no idea we even had this museum here in Adelaide! I’d certainly recommend you to take a visit when your in SA next! Cheers for the comment Paul!
Awesome! I had never heard of this aviation museum. I need to get down to Adelaide to check this out! Shame you can't climb into that FA-18. I would love to sit in that cockpit!
Not surprised, I haven’t heard of it either and I’m from Adelaide 😆 If you come down to Adelaide and you don’t have a car, catch the train on the outer harbor line from the city and get off at (Port Adelaide) then it’s a walk from there! Well worth it! and mate… I agree.. hopping up into that FA-18 would be great!
Thanks for that great little video. It was well done and very interesting. Thankyou that you've put the effort into producing it. I hope to get there one day.
Nice video. I have been there myself quite a few times over the years. Always interesting, even for kids (boys that is). Sometimes I had gone there as a carer for people with intellectual disabilities and unfortunately they did not allow the companion card which cost the client more money. That was my only critisism ever. It was a while ago so maybe they do allow this now, I'm not sure. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful apart from this.
Thanks Panda Cowboys! I’m hoping to get back there again soon and have another look around without filming so I can read a little more. Yeah, staff were great and very informative! Thanks for the comment
I will never get to Australia, BUT I do have an ex RAAF Vietnam action Bomber pilot living across from me. Its rather a bad look for Australia because it seems he is not well looked after as a vet. It appears he has no family around, but there is no room for him to return to. Of course, he is well in his eighties, and only has this oddball. Kiwi to deal with.
Nice video! I didn't realise that they had an F/A-18 there! I'm keen to get a closer look at one!

This is way later than when you recorded this but now you can book cockpit tours and go in the FA-18 and many more!
This reminds me of my BACKYARD REVEALED SERIES... You get stuck here, it forces you to explore what's in your backyard!
Had to scramble to put some ideas together 😆
I have been here 3 TIMES and it was cool to see all of these planes its just CRAZY
Yeah it’s been a good year since I was last here… definitely keen to go back soon! Cheers for the comment 👍

I think last year in 2022 I went in the f/a 18 super hornet cockpit :)
Awesome!
How much of tickets here
I should have actually mentioned the entry cost in the video… we paid as a family $36 I think…. Adults $15 and Concession $10.50
