How do we get higher comp like these guys? Obviously, they're massive. However, I have been seeing things like 12-15% total comp that I would receive as the agency owner. (I have a life agency and am looking to expand into P&C.) Obviously, they're getting much more comp if they are paying $2K/month base plus insurance, buying all leads, and still have the ability to pay 22% commission to their top salespeople.
This is Amazing!
If agency commission is 10%. How much of agency commission is being given from the lowest tiered?
This is such a great interview! Dropping some serious gold here! So good for an agency owner or salesperson!
Dropping GEMS on this interview.
@vlad I’d be very curious the CRM technology they are using for their outbound team
Hey Colin! Great question. They use www.ricochet360.com for their CRM.
Amazing interview Vlad, they have been a new part of our agency training. I love learning from people who are always in a GROWTH mode!
As newbies, would you suggest acquiring L & H first or P & C? And Why?
Great Content, Thanks in advance 😊
Get the one you want to sell
Agreed.
Both! But start with the one you will sell.
Great Interview
Thank you Michael 😉
