Ingredients for Stuffing :-
Potatoes (boiled) - 6 to 7 pcs
Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp
Amchoor powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Oil for prepare potato mixture - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Black Mustard Seed /Rai - 1/4 Tsp
4-5 - Curry Leaves
Crushed Coriander seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida (hing) - 1 pinch
Onion (chopped) - 1 pc
Green chili (chopped) - 2-3 pcs
1 Tbsp - coriander leaves
Ingredients For Batter:-
Gram flour - 1 cup
1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 Tsp
Oil for frying the aloo vada
सामग्री भरने के लिए: -
आलू (उबला हुआ) - 6 से 7 पीसी
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 चम्मच
गरम मसाला - 1/4 चम्मच
अमचूर पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
नमक - 1/2 चम्मच
आलू मिश्रण तैयार करने के लिए तेल - 2 चम्मच
जीरा - 1/4 चम्मच
काली सरसों का बीज / राई - 1/4 छोटा चम्मच
4-5 - करी पत्ते
कुचल धनिया के बीज - 1/2 चम्मच
हींग (हिंग) - 1 चुटकी
प्याज (कटा हुआ) - 1 पीसी
हरी मिर्च (कटी हुई) - 2-3 पीसी
1 बड़ा चम्मच - धनिया पत्ती
सामग्री के लिए सामग्री: -
बेसन - 1 कप
1/4 चम्मच - अजवाईन
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 चम्मच
नमक - 1/4 चम्मच
बेकिंग सोडा - 1/4 चम्मच
एलो वड़ा तलने के लिए तेल
