1. 3 Boiled Potatoes
2. 1 tbsp Oil(for stuffings) + Oil to fry the Bondas
3. 1/2 tsp Jeera
4. 1/3 tsp Hing
5. 2 Chopped Green Chillies
6. 10-12 Curry Leaves
7. 1/2 tsp Grated Garlic
8. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
9. 1 Chopped Onion
10. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
11. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
12. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
13. Salt to Taste
14. 1/3 tsp Garam Masala Powder
15. 1 tsp Lemon Juice
16. Chopped Coriander Leaves
For Batter :
17. 1 Cup Besan
18. 1/3 tsp Ajwain
19. Salt to Taste
20. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
