In a fitting tribute to its golden anniversary, Volcano Art Center's Tiny Treasures exhibition brings together Hawaii's finest jewelry artisans under the shadow of Kilauea. Exhibit runs through November 17th. Eight master craftspeople - Daniel Rokovitz, Stone O'Daugherty, Pat Pearlman, Kimberly Langston Hagen, Ulana O Kukui, Sarah Talich, William Dement, and artisans of Nā Pūpū O Niʻihau - present exquisite pieces that merge cultural heritage with modern design. This intimate showcase, nestled within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, celebrates VAC's 50-year legacy of nurturing artistic excellence, with special pieces incorporating gold to mark this milestone. Each handcrafted treasure tells a story of Hawaii's rich artistic traditions while pointing toward its creative future.
