Two great losses were Leslie Howard and Conrad Veidt. Veidt renounced his German citizenship and gave money and time to the allies during WWII. He was also a fine actor in the talking era. Lorenz Hart was also a sad loss because he was so talented. I also miss Fats Waller. He was a terrific musician but died so young. We have lots of his music on disc.
I’ve been looking forward to this one. I was familiar with many of the names besides Leslie Howard. There are many interesting stories about Hollywood actors who put their careers on hold during World War II to fight their countries. Greer Garson wanted to return to England to assist where she could; but Churchill and Roosevelt thought she could do more good in America with movies like “Mrs. Miniver”. They worked together to keep her in America despite her desire to serve her mother country. You said you were working on other projects besides obituaries. I loved “Hollywood Bears”. Some of the back stories about the parts celebrities have played in history that are not that well known, but nevertheless interesting, might be a possibility. Sorry, I didn’t mean to imply that you have nothing else to do and aren’t terribly busy with what you’re doing now. Maybe you could consider back stories for some time in the future.
Doing stories and biographies or specific events and roles of celebrities in such events are the most interesting topics but to reach that level of fluency I still need to work hard keep practicing on my regular videos to gain momentum. To compile data of 1945 celebrities and before that I came across many interesting stories and I have written it down in my note book that I must do individual short stories in future. The bear one was one of my most favorite to work on but unfortunately it got almost no response from my viewers. 😔 It was demotivating as well. Because making regular pattern videos has become very easy for me now because of practice but making something different sometimes takes long hours and I always expect them to reach broader audience but still its a journey and I'm enjoying it 😊❤️

Some pretty girls in the beginning!
So much Suicide.
Unfortunately.
They had nothing back then for any kind of illness, except prayer! If that did not work, they did not want to suffer!
