Interesting, has Rob mentioned anything about the tension using the same strings and tuning for this 25.5" scale length versus his other 24.75" scale length guitars? Like is it notably higher tension or is it not noticable? Thanks for the vids by the way

I’d Like to see that one as well because the only ML shaped guitar that I know of with the inline reverse head stock is Dimebags concrete sledge sig guitar!

How many springs for the Floyd? I tried A# tuning with a set of 56 and could only use two springs. The tuning doesn't seem stable enough when fretting. I like the feel of them, though. Dean should definitely produce this as a signature guitar.

Son of a bitch, you've got the same Dewalt drill as I do. Those are the best drills...tons of torque and able to get into tight spots. I use it daily. Dig the channel sir...always some awesome guitars. Have a great evening!
Been tuning my 7 string to B flat for years and at first it sounded a little weird you calling it A# but there are lots of pleyers whu call it A# or B flat and it doenst make a diference in the end. Some people just love finding something to be buthurt about.
I reference A# because that is what my Conn Strobotuner calls it. For decades, piano technicians have referred to all incidentals as "sharp". In music theory the difference between A# and Bb is the key signature. Until everyone learns music theory I agree that there are more important things to be upset by.
How does he play such a low tunning with those string while hitting as hard as they do is beyond me. If i do that i would just have the strings flopping everywhere. Is there like a trick to it? Or do i just bring you my guitars lol?
Well, Erik has never cared for EMGs and Rob's guitars that had EMGs still have them. They are both using Fishman for Cannibal Corpse in their signature guitars.
rob mostly played 2 les paul's for several years until he got his endorsement with Dean, my guess is it's cause he's used to playing a gibson type scale
