Chaos Volley is really nice in this fight. It'll slowly chip away at him while you stay out of range. Ice Nova is also nice because you can hit him when there's cover between the two of you.
For the three circle multi-blast, just kind of go in random directions and switch for each circle, as he'll try to "lead" the attack. Like a lot of bosses, he also tries to lead his single unholy skull, so bait it in one direction and then sidestep the other direction.
