There's actually an easy way to defeat the Tax Office chief but this is only my own steps: Step 1: wear an Alice Wonderland dress Step 2: Go to the Sakuma Corp Step 3: After you go to the sakuma corp buy "Small mist"( You can buy as many as you can but if you prefer only buying one then its ok, atleast it won't waste up your money or yen like i did before :,)) Step 6: Go to the Tax Office Step 7: After you go to the tax office approach the tax office chief and compliment so you can carry him, After carrying him Click "Small" on the top right button Step 8: After you became small, You will see that the Tax office chief has also become small, Now you click Action to let go of him Step 9: after that, Check up on your items to select the small mist after you click that, you will put it in the ground so that red haired lady nextdoor will come over but she will become small because of the small mist Final Step: Now you grab a weapon to attack both of the tax office chief and the red haired lady, I prefer using a shotgun cause its the most powerful out of all the gun weapons besides the beam or the bazuka (rocket) And also avoid being shot by the red haired lady cause remember, Her attacks are still powerful to shoot at you even when small so try to shot her as you can and you'll easily defeat her That's all♡
This is my method: Step 1: Have the beam weapon (You have to defeat momo gumi to get that weapon btw) Step 2: Grab the tax chief and put him in a area of your choice (I prefer the beach) Step 3: Lay him down and spam-shoot him with the beam Step 4: When you want to, you can change into Alice in Wonderland costume, become large, and step on him nonstop. (And when he puts armor on shoot him with the beam) Step 5: And if he goes into a building when your a giant, shoot him with the rocket launcher non-stop until you run out of bullets and then spawn a zabuton, sit on it, and move the zabuton onto the tax chief. This way your still stepping on him and dealing damage. When he gets out of the building, continue squashing him. Ok, and for Momo-Gumi, Step 1: Change into pregnant woman or baby costume Step 2: Go to Momo-Gumi area and punch the man in the pink suit Step 3: When they start shooting rocket launchers at you, go to the boss. Like really close. Cause he'll try shooting you but shoot himself instead xD Step 4: When he dies enter Momo-Gumi Step 5: When you enter the place with the ultimate boss (ifykyk) Step 6: Get close to the boss in there too Step 7: Again, he'll try to shoot you but accidentally instead shoot himself ❤ Step 8: Leave when he dies Step 9: You wont get the weapon if your in the pregnant woman costume so save the game, go to the change character thing and go into a different outfit. There!! ❤

I didn't even know there was a safe behind him in his office, if I succeeded above all it was thanks to the police and the boy (second main character) who died just to help me kill him, It was a crazy fight but sadly in vain as he mysteriously resurrected after
All i did was get all the money i can, then Buy shotgun bullets till Im due and spam and BAM done already,This actually worked pretty easily if you go to the temple, throw a coin and get a barrier, to be immune to his attacks meanwhile i ‘faint’ him

Become the girl again then go to the yuzuka office and collect all guns (Shot gun is more effective) and money if you want also. 3. Teleport to habour and buy lots of ammo (bullets). 4. Teleport to hospital and fly your way into tax office. 5. Go on the top floor where that chief stays and start shooting bullets madly then some girl will disappear out of nowhere but, don't worry you have enough bullets kill her too, after that they all dead. 6. There's an secret room so click on action and unlock. Congratulations you have received 50,0000 money without anything🎉🎉 (This is the easiest as it can get) you don't have to change into doll or something for that.
There is an easier way Go to tax office chief and just compliment him once carry him and take him outside the building after that leave him there go to the tax office chief and you can open and there are ur golden bars
I have a method which is even MORE EASY AND HARMLESS WAY WITHOUT PREGNANT SUIT (acc to Google+me) Step 1: go to open space area (eg: school yeard) Step 2: go to tax office and Lure the tax officer and carry him. Step 3: go back to school yeard and tell him to wait.... Step 4: go to back home and drive the car and go to school yeard.. Step 5: go to primetive object and set the wall around him..in right, left and front of him ... Step 6: drive the car speedly bcoz the more u speed the more the hp he will lose.... THEN HE'S DEAD AND IT JUST TOOK ME UNDER 30 MINUTES Ik its long but trust me its easy......😊😊
Here's a silly way: Apparently we can use a love potion to him but it's kinda not really the best i-dea it's necessary or not u can actually hit him at so much times without him hitting u (idk) but yeah try it
