Actually that Kazue is not broke, if you ask her to follow you then find a restaurant to eat with her, she will still have money to order the food, no matter how many time you eat with her. Last time she ordered the wagyu steak that cost 2000yen lol

Plot twist: the girl who always walk on the Pedestrian crossing/lane is because someone that he knows or lover died their cause have u notice sometime when a npc cross a Pedestrian they get hit by a car maybe thats why the Pedestrian girl always walk their cause her someone he know died their and he really miss him

i don't know if anyone notice this, try to move the time in 16:00 or 16:30+ then go to the boxing club,beside is like a prayer room i don't know what to call it, theres a girl drinking tea inside and on the other room beside it is the archery club, there's also 1 girl sitting inside,then on the pool you can see some people swimming, next go to 3rd floor on the last room theres people studying inside, maybe they are the student council,also check the yard their uniform is different. all of that events happen in 4pm+

Fun fact: everyone knows about the 4 vehicles moving about in the game right? Their drivers have the same surnames, which means they are from the same family.
Even the cooks at the takoyaki shop, sushi bar, eel restaurant (?), etc have the same surnames
And also Amusement Park they had same surname
Maybe the ones who drive about the town are probably the ppl who are looking for the headmaster? Not sure tho this hasn't been confirmed yet but it seems kind of true aint it?

And the three brothers with the surnames "Oki"
I dont have much info but i will collect more.
I'm very late to this, but I wanted to add some things!
1. There's some contradictions in your first theory. In one of the parts you show, Kazue specifically says she wasted money and that's why she doesn't have any. Someone with an eye disease wouldn't say they "wasted" money. It's also not uncommon for characters to be completely changed throughout the game's development. To me, her eyes simply look like she's depressed, not that she can't open them all the way
2. It's not really worth debating the gender of characters, the bride could be transgender, just a feminine man, or have no gender at all. There's way too many things
3. The siblings theory could be completely correct, but also keep in mind half of the NPCs look the same, outside of the ones from school

Well for the bride one, It’s a mission called: Defeat the dangers at the wedding!
Meaning that the bride was secretly a boy. So he might have been trying to kill him or do something bad. So the bride is not trans or not about the gender. But the bride is probably evil.

i played this, and i skip the time to 19 to fight the statues. then i saw kazue came to the teachers office at the school. she's standing there in the middle of the room. i think she's really involve or connected somehow to the former/missing head master of the school.

kazuo lost her money on paying taxes, she's always with the tax collecter on the upper building inside a room.

And have you notice when time hits about 23:00 in the game the nun in the wedding chapel goes somewhere i followed her and she went to the luxury apartments and then disappeared and when she came back to the chapel she "said see you later".

Sakura school simulator indeed does have a lot of mysterious things in it
And that's why I like it it's better than the other school simulators in my opinion and the fact that it updates from time to time is very exciting for me also I just need it to have a multiplayer and then I could consider it as ✨Perfection✨

Ayumu is not following ayumi because ayumi is walking at the cafe and ayumu is not there also ayumu appears at the corner at the back of the shrine and ayumi is not there at the amusement park when you tell ayumi to wait look at ayumu he goes in a circle not following ayumi
The fact is Kazue,Kuzuo,Ayumi,Furuka and Ayumu is everywhere
Like Rina Tamaki and Taiga Yuki's houses(Alley in front of Bijuu Mike's house),Promenade and Amusement Park
And I hope Garusoft will make a new update about the Headmaster(Mio and Yuta's parents too)

The headmaster theory has been debunked by a Japanese user in a Sakura Sim FB group (I forgot his name). If I remember correctly, Ami meant "where is the CEO of the Amusement?", she wasn't talking the headmaster of the school. In fact, Daiji Sato is the headmaster of the school.

Where are (girl) Rina tamaki, (Boy) Taiga Yuki, (Little boy) yuta Aida and (little girl) Mio Aida's parents or if they are dead what happened to these guys (I have this question because If you go to home (girl),home(boy) and home (little boy) you see near there rooms they have an extra room with two beds, a closet and a dresser and I have no doubt it's there parents room but they are not there and even in the whole game we can't find them)

5:25 I think it's just lack of original assets and just recolored the texture because if the texture for the clothes is black and white it can be simply be added a color tint or something that can change it's color I mean the pigtail haired girl's hair texture looks kinda one color and can't see hair details....it's unity asset is blonde ish but can see the hair strands (unity assets are bought and it's like the Aoi character model pack and the hair of the pigtailed girl is the same hair model for raibaru from yandere simulator)
and the ponytail and one of the faces is from Ayano from Yandere sim

So heres a clue in the first: according to the place called momo gumi you must defeat all the men and the boss they are very strong... But if you make it you will see a door with the green circle you must go in it and if you enter, your in a secret place filled with enemies lazers weapons then, you will find a room filled with all enemies you will see a giant boss and that is the missing headmaster.
Fun fact: The birde look like aoi 1-1 class room aoi's is not gay the bried is gay
