It's a nail. A nail can't unscrew a screw. At all. You didn't do anything to make it fit the screw head.

If you look closely, the tip of a nail is square. It fits micro philip screws

People, don't try this. Not only will you not be able to unscrew things, but you will also strip the screws. If you strip them too badly, you wont be able to unscrew them even with a real nail

After watching this hack on how to McGyver a specialty Ultra tiny Star tipped screw out of a nail, a rubber chicken and possibly some lint. The next video clip after this one is (I kid you not) how to remove a stripped screw. I have been laughing for like 5 minutes. Can you say "Irony"?????
I know specialty star tipped screwdrivers have to be specially ordered and are about $15-19 bucks for a set. It's much better to just play it safe, bite the bullet and buy the correct set. If not, you may find yourself looking up TH-cam clips on how to fix a stripped screw head. Either way good luck!

Well this is maybe fine for emergency use, but otherwise you should really just get an appropriate screwdriver. That nail is likely to strip those screws before long. Also I think if you are going to try this you'll need to be very picky about the nail, as many have tips that won't accomplish this (too pointed / too rounded).
