The final of 76 between these two is well documented, but it's the first time I've ever seen any footage of this 75 semi. You have a talent for finding rarities :-) By the way, I know if someone has good quality footage of the other semi (Vilas vs Orantes), I'd be very interested to watch it.
Thanks for posting!! Life long fan of the great Borg. For some strange reason it's difficult to find tape/vid of him in '75... especially in the slams. (Been trying to find Ashe defeats Borg at the '75 Wimbledon...the last man to do it 'til Johnny Mac in '81)
Just like Connors. Borg also posses a never say no attitude saving about 6 or 7 match points but in the end he succumbed. It was also his first frustrstion at the US Open
