Love your work Joe. This particular one helped me get a lot better on a favourite classic. I'll impress my mates once the social distancing comes to an end. :-)
This is by far the best video here on TH-cam on how to play Wonderful tonight. I finally managed to make this piece come to life. Edit: I have noticed that you don't have a video on Amazing grace. One would be very much appreciated 🙂
Thanks Joe for the valuable information..I've been practicing and what you taught me has changed my game...I love it....please please can you do a lesson on "Don't look down " by David Ryan Harris 🙏🙏❤
So sorry Joe, hit thumb down button by mistake when I was forwarding it to my son. Unfortunately don’t know how to remove it. This is a really good lesson and I love your teaching methods.
No worries Phil, don’t worry about it. Just in case you are interested I have a patreon page where I have lots of exclusive material here www.patreon.com/joesguitarlessons
Hey Joe. I stumbled on you're channel by dumb luck. Anyway, I am an old pensioner and am thinking of becoming a Patreon. I do have to watch my expenses. If I do join will that afford me the ability to get you're backing tracks , and download them. All the Best John
Hey John, good to hear from you. Yes you will get backing track. I don’t do backing for all songs though only a few. There are also tabs and chord arrangements , all in all I would say it’s worth the £3.50 per month
@@JoeMurphysGuitarlessons OK Joe I am going to sign on. Thanks for getting back to me. I am a retired old geezer living in fort lauderdale florida. I Play out a few nights a week, and some backing tracks would be nice. I am a computer illiterate. All the best
I love the lesson but do you really want that much reverb on your voice? I'm sorry but it sounds like you singing at the bottom of a well. Before I really started playing I was a live sound mixer and this was an ongoing problem with singers not realizing what they really sounded like.
@@JoeMurphysGuitarlessons Maybe we could try one. I am not trying to make you mad and I think you are very talented but I have seen this a lot with effects. in an effort to tweak their voice people will often add too much maybe your listening on your phone or something. I promise I was not trying to insult you personally. I have training in mixing sound and listening is a big part of having it sound pleasant.
No offence taken Robby, I’m always grateful for constructive feedback. If you send me your email I could send you something or even ask your opinion on a few things 👍
Such a timeless piece of music. It expresses what many of us feel but find difficult to say. Thanks, Joe for you're patient lesson on this classic.
