F7 they look cooler and they reduce impact better than a speed flex

@@Soulhitfor30damage they have more rotational force so that means that you protects you around all sides cause all the panels on top. The speed flex really only protects you in the front that’s why a lot of lineman wear speedflex’s
how does sizing go for the F7? i wear a medium in my speed i heard f7 runs small
For me I wear a xl f7 and a medium speedflex. Might just be me

if im a rb and cb wich one is better, i use my head some times as a running back.
I use a speedflex at rb for comfortability but if you want better all around protection I’d go f7
