I remember seeing a preview for The Gate on a VHS I used to watch all the time when I was real young.... I want to say it was Double Impact.... and it scared the HELL out of me! The part where the guy falls down and turns into multiple little demons... oh man it's SO good! But yeah I remember running outside screaming for my grandma to come save me hahaha

I never really watched night of the creeps and I did this year and LOVED IT! I have the steelbook of the bride. Its such a great steelbook. I agree bride is really crazy and doesn't hold back.
The Stuff is a great analogy for 80's American drug addiction and abuse or just getting sucked into popular trends. I do have Rawhead Rex on blu ray but it's the US Kino Lorbor release. I do indeed have that same Bride/Reanimator LE from Arrow and I'm glad I snagged that since it has both cuts of the film. Pieces is bad ass, I wonder how they got away with those gore scenes back then lol? There's some pretty disturbing and graphic stuff in that movie.
Hey man, new sub but I heard about your channel over on KF. Not sure if you’ve ever covered this one but I think the Synapse films release of the slasher film “intruder” is fantastic. The extended kill scenes on the bonus features are amazing and I thought it was a really fun late 80s slasher that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The acting was really pretty decent too. Let me know if you’ve seen that one.
