You can get a nice house in jubli hiils or Banhara hills for that price. The house value will appreciate while apartment value will only depreciate

You have to put things in perspective. You can’t compare what is considered a premium property in our city to any suburban house in some other part of the world. If you told me they bought something in downtown Manhattan, I would see your point. Every city has a range of properties and it’s not always an apples to apples comparison.

Great I’m familiar with Chicago (lived there 3 years) a 2bhk downtown costs well over a million dollars, and a in a suburb like a Naperville a home costs 2 million. So I’m curious what “metro” area you are referring to.
@@saiboddupalli Any average employee making $150k should be able to afford to buy a million dollar home in Chicago. Not the case in Hyderabad. A mere 2500 sqft home for 5.7 cr, you got to be realistic. Sure, in India there is ton of black money, only those people who have black money should be able to afford this.
On top of this the apartment is a bit more than average at best.
You can't escape high pollution levels around this building.
That's inevitable
Above the 25th floor you won't have much pollution. Air quality will be good.
Cost is prohibitive and is a wasteful investment Instead we can have independent villa with a beautiful garden
People who choose to live there are not people like you and me. People have different requirements based on their life style. Even though I hate to live any type of apartments, I know enough people who like that kind of living.
