I think she has exquisite pronunciation, she has shown very little hesitation in responding, she has used advanced grammatical structures where appropriate, and she has used appropriate vocabulary. What's more, the more natural and unaffected you sound, the higher score you get. That's almost a natural law. No need for big fancy words or pretending to sound a scholar when speaking.
