Hi. I have the ACR1252 and it does not output UID (or anything for that matter) when i test Mifare cards. I did order a ACR1281U-C2 but the retailer was out of stock and assured me the replacement ACR1252 would function the same.

Hi, for ACR1252U, you would have to design a program for reading card UID. You may refer to the API manual of ACR1252U for more information.

@@TheGuru112 hi, ACR122U doesn't have keyboard emulation function, you may consider ACR1281U-C2 for such purpose. As for ACR122U, you may develop your own application by programming.

Hello. I try to read many cards with acr1281u-c1, but ICC card status is unavailable. Configuration tool is write "failed to set uid output format". (drivers was downloaded from your site). When i try write to notepad, nothing happens...

Hi, please use ACR1281U-C2 instead of ACR1281U-C1.
ACR1281U-C1 is a dual-interface readers, this reader is designed for user to develop programs with contact/contactless cards.
ACR1281U-C2 is the reader demonstrated in this video.
