Greetings from northern Wyoming. How does the boat bottom hold up to rocks? My home water has a lot of sharp rocks.

If you are paddling whitewater w a helmet on, use a poly or inflatable kayak. For flat and moving water, we’ve never had a break in 22 years of demo fleet. Glancing impact not a big deal. Loaded force like a loaded boat high centering on volcanic rock and getting stuck on it on a river may require fixing. We live on the volcanic Deschutes river and don’t have issues.

Where can I pick up one of those AB hats? Can't seem to find that style on their site. Thanks!

Looks like they are out of stock. It was a model from a couple seasons ago.

Is there a cup holder?! If not- where do you put one?

There are several after market cup holder that can clip to the coaming. Check out Yakuzzi. I don't carry a "cup" on the water. I carry a water 10oz bottle and it goes in my PFD pocket or I use a hydration bladder and drink out of the tube. Additional water behind my seat or in a hatch.

I live near a big lake and I would like to be able to go on about a 10 mile round trip paddle a few times per week. Would the skylark be a better choice for me than the sky 10? Im 5'11, 165 lbs and in pretty good physical condition. The sky 10 is so light and easy to transport. After lugging a scupper pro around for a few years, light and small really appeals to me.

You gain about 20% in speed, tracking and efficiency by going from the Skylark from the Sky 10. But, light is SOO nice. Either will work, you are about the exact same size as me in the vid.

would this kayak work for a 5'7" 175 pound man with size 8.5 feet?

Yes, I’m 6’ 165-170 here. Gain 20% in efficiency if you go to a 12’ skylark.

Would this boat work for someone 6'3"?

Nick @happy paddlin, can jam in it but it is not idea. His feet are on the bulkhead and thus the skylark gives him better footwear options.
