Hi, do you know where I can buy the purple bottle refill? I can't find it anywhere on Narwal's site, amazon, etc. The larger white/yellow bottle is for the round floor robot machines and I don't think it has a lid you can unscrew. Thanks for your help!
This looks like a great machine but Im wondering, why is the warranty only 1 year? Usually if the manufacturer is confident in the life of their product, the warranty offered would be at least 2 years.

Consumer Reports says the Tineco Floor ONE S3 rates better and with $30 coupon it's normally $399 for $209 now on Amazon.

Yes, to do so you just select "suction mode"
They just released two updated models, I think this one is S20, then followed with S20 plus and S20 pro

Mine is 110. There might be a 220v model on other markets but I haven't looked into that.
