Thanks Tom, I started this channel because if I did something other then wood my views went down, I do a lot of redneck builds, I can’t always do wood 😭, see what happens 👍, thanks for your time ❤️🇨🇦
How's she goin'? That was a nice fix Len and plus adding the 3 inches to the arm was a good idea too eh!! It sure looks like it raises and lowers pretty easy now. Filling in the notch to hold the blade at ground level is a good plan. You want the blade to 'float' and with the mod you made, now it will. Way to go!! Take care!!
Thanks Noel, it worked good, wondering if I should put some weight on the blade ? What do you think help put pressure down, how’s your tractors with wet snow, mine not so good lol, probably warm up soon and lose it all😭, later Noel , 🚜🚜👍🍺
All the handle stuff is the weak spot on those . It looks like a 46 inch dozer blade. The wings are interesting. I should extend the handle on mine . I need to put one of my sears blades on my back up snow plow tractor.
Ya buy extending a bit would also give more leverage, if extended to far will hit your knee, so far seems ok , a blade on the back would be interesting , a specialty with a 3 pt hitch, thanks for watching and commenting 👍, 👍👍🚜🔧🔩🇨🇦
@@Lens-GardenTractors6 The rear blade is nice as one can back up to things and drag snow away . Just got to remember it is back there . My rear blade is home made and heavy , so with it i kinda need more weight on the front to steer
@@Lens-GardenTractors6 i have 4 running sears and just two with 3 point . It may be a few weeks yet but i want to make my own 3 point hitch using a linear actuator
Do you have a TH-cam channel, would be interested to see 👍, I need to see some good pictures as to make one, I really like to have on the back, so much you can do with it 👍
Hard stuff to move Len. My MF 14 is only good in 6” or less of wet snow. Blade on mine seems to stay down. Ya try a bit of weight. But will be heavier to lift. 👋👋👍🏻👍🏻🪵🪓🇨🇦🥃🍺🍻🚜
Nice work shop guys
Have fun❤❤
Thank you, when we bought this place it was because of the garage, need a dry place to work on things, thanks for subscribing 👍🚜

Hey Len. Seems like you solved the issue and now it's much easier to reach and move the blade.
Kenny
Yes Thanks Kenny, may try and ad some weight to it next?? Keep it down a bit better, later Kenny 👍👍🚜🚜🔧🔩🦺🇨🇦

Great fix Len. How did the float position work. ?
Little snow here now, but rain by midnight.

Yes maybe rig something up that I can add or take away, 6” is pretty good I say, I’d like to keep the wings on, 👍👍🚜🚜🍺🇨🇦
