I ain't tryna be that guy but it's more like the crew is basically leaching off tyler. Non of them do shit apart from tyler. The other guys who actually did music and projects were earl, frank, and syd. If taco and jasper didn't have tyler they would be working at 7 eleven dont @ me. I love them all but alot of them just living off of Tyler's success.
SIZLL well really what happened was they were friends. All of them including jasper and taco, and then they made odd future and loiter squad. In loiter squad they held equal roles in the acting and writing. And now they just hang out. Tyler never paid them or anything.

we been knew that the news portrays black bodies as aggressive and violent. the problem is addressing this skewed portrait. tyler's thought is impressive if produced in a vacuum, but i was under the impression that this train of thought was already well established. what we need are well diversified communities to give whites experience with black people besides the bullshit stereotypes on tv (see Hollywood Shuffle if you don't know what i mean). tyler's analogy can be continued by saying that an individual well acquainted and accustomed to dogs isn't going to swayed by a publicized occurrence of a dog attack. organisms learn by experience, it's only natural people act accordingly to what they see. we just need to be educated enough to see through the racist bullshit of older generations.
of course this isn't the solution to racism, but a start.

Tyler made some good points and I had the same thoughts recently after some experiences with people who made comments like "wow black people aren't all that bad"... I didn't get mad but it made me realize they really are sheltered and just go off what they see on the news. They weren't genuinely racist but their lack of exposure to us and our culture has made them instinctively racist. The only way to change racism is with love and proving them wrong that we aren't hateful murderous pieces of shit. MLK was right that we have to be nice and be held to a higher standard to get the equality we need.
