I only just discovered CHG and Aslan a month ago. You are the only sanity touchpoint I have what with Covid and our horrible US election cycle. The sound of Aslan's engine is Zen for me. Having lived in an RV for several years, I long to return to that small simplicity. Thank you, Kevin, for all you do. Imagine being the lady at 4:35, out for a walk with her grandchild and stopping on the bridge to look at the water and the ducks...then seeing Aslan chugging along on such a happy day. Hi There, This is Dan from Hawaii, noticed your travels have have geese at every turn. Here in Maui a few hundred or so ago these geese was presented to the King of Hawaii by Captain Cook and now these geese are a protected in the Haleakala National Park on Maui. Amazing. Dan.

CountryHouseGent - Hi Kevin. At our allotments there has never been a period where they were completely closed. The National Allotment Society gave advice on preventing infection such as avoiding sharing tools, advice on watering facilities and hand hygiene. I believe some Council’s did lock up Council owned allotment facilities for part of the lockdown period though. It has been seen as helpful for our mental health to be outdoors and growing food so I’m glad it was still allowed and was seen as beneficial. Take care. Nick

Good day Country House Gent, I’m really happy for narrow-boaters. I hear people are getting old canals reopened. I watched a lot of videos on British Canals and I have to say I have learned a lot about the history. My favorite thing is watching the different locks you go through. I know they can make you tried after a while, but they are pretty awesome to watch. If I was there, I promise I wouldn’t just stand there. I would help out. Ha! As far as the title Ben8mag the name came from my Dog Ben who bit my new puppy Maggie, so we call it ben8mag. I never looked at myself as a you-tuber but I guess you made me one now. Ha! Plus two and a half years ago I started drinking Yorkshire tea. I love it. I can’t go back to drinking American tea. In fact I can drink Yorkshire hot, cold and with nothing in it. I could never do that with American tea. I wish I could buy you a Kentucky Bourbon Ale 8% alcohol. It’s out of this world. I can’t wait for season 7 travel by narrowboat.
