Don’t let one person’s comment spoil your enjoyment, don’t let them have that much hold over you. Really enjoyed that, never really seen a drone fly before, thanks for sharing. Glad you’re doing better, take care.
The ironic thing is that his question was an invasion of YOUR privacy. If right is right, he should have minded his own business. LOVE your vids Kevin!
I'd have told the that bloke you are working for the government and checking on how many walks a day people are having so if this is your first and only walk you'll be ok........ then he turns around and heads straight back ha ha. Amazing looking piece of kit Kevin.
I loved it ❤️ maybe if you wore a construction hat and vest people will leave you alone. Lol! No I’m just kidding. Please don’t stop, your next adventure might be fantastic. Don’t let one bad apple spoil your fun. Never let haters stop you from your adventures. You should have said, why? Was you going to do something wrong?
Remember there's no expectation of privacy in public... People always make me chuckle when they talk about privacy when out in public?? ... Common sense isn't very common anymore 🙄... Good to see your doing OK ignore the haters 😁👍
Your Amazon and TH-cam channels have helped keep my wife and I sane over the last many months. Thanks! I'm an experienced RC plane and drone builder (since 1970). Next time a person asks you if you're concerned about privacy, say "Of course I am. Please come over and see what I'm seeing." When they see there's no way you could be looking in windows they will realize there are no privacy issues in what you are doing. Then say "Since you are as concerned about privacy as I am, how do you feel that everything there is to know about us is on the internet, and Google Earth shows our back yards and street view?".
'm so sorry that fellow came along because before that it was amazingly beautiful-the countryside, the marina, the town, a lovely April day in England. What a great escape, and how delightful to see details about how the drone works, too. I loved the use of the camera on the tripod, and how you clearly explained what you were doing. I also am amazed at how stable the drone camera is, I'd think it would be crazy shaky or at least wobbly. For a little while, enjoying the views, I forgot our strange times and stresses-but then that unpleasant comment. I wish that man could know there are hundreds of people out here cheering you on, enjoying and applauding your camera skills. I wish he knew how carefully you WERE providing for privacy, and how you had gotten permission to be there. The only silver lining is we did get the "full" drone experience which apparently includes a passerby with a critical word. ps I'm glad you took a week "off"!
@@CountryHouseGent Your reply was good, Kevin. The way the experience affected you afterwards was a shame. I'm an artistic type and would have reacted similarly.

One of the things I enjoy most about your videos is getting to see your country more as a whole. You have a unique way of showing what more than the average person will see, or think people would want to see.
So sorry Kevin for people like that. Sadly with this lock down some people have gone totally mad. Watching and timing their neighbours when going out for walks and reporting them. You are so respectful in everything you do. Really enjoyed this video. Yes it spoiled my viewing also. Even made me nervous. Keep up the videos really enjoy them.

Kevin I applaud your patience with the rude passerby. I'm almost deaf so when I don't want to respond to that type of inquiry I just use my sign language to indicate I don't hear them. They then start to act and respond in very creative ways. But I can eventually make it clear to them that I have permission from the relevant authority (not exposing marina management to save them from his rude attack) to be playing with my new interest. If the person wants to pursue the matter he can take it up with someone who cares! I agree that it is always best to avoid conflict and maybe cease the activity temporarily. I also find I have less angst if I "say" nothing, being deaf it helps. People don't understand the hearing disabled and usually just leave. Please continue to regale us by your activities with this fascinating device. It adds to your charming vlogs even when you're camped out at the marina, as I am in my home. Thank you.
Hi Kevin. Some beautiful shots. Amazing to get such a great aerial view of the Marina and surrounding area. You definitely were protecting people’s privacy and the only person we could make out was you! It is a shame that bloke spoiled it for you but remember you were in the right and had permission to do it. Take care. Nick
Mean, grumpy people are of no consequence. This is a delightful video to watch. It is beautiful. My appetite is whetted for Travels By Motorbike. You are clever and creative. Taking the high road is always the wise choice.
Nice video as well as interesting. Don't let people get to you and destroy your sense of joy. I've noticed that you have always been respectful of others privacy. Keep on keeping on! You are appreciated!
Humans are such odd animals. You're abiding by the flight rules while being respectful and the only person that walks by automatically assumes you lack respect. And he has to verbalize his incorrect opinion...... just rude. What a joy he must be! An old friend told me once, "Don't worry about a thing Mike..... cause everything ain't gonna be ok". Turned out that line was from an old Jazz tune, but it did modify my tendency to worry so much. Great video, impressive drone and a beautiful area to share with all of us. What you are doing is good and positive.... keep doing that. Cheers from Florida.
Great video, Kevin! Admire your command of the drone. Glad you’re staying safe and making great use of this time. I’m in the USA...under stay at home orders currently...and also reading, baking and viewing movies to fill the time. Cheers to you! Oh, I’m on series 2 of your narrowboat adventures! Love! ❤️
Love the videos and really enjoyed watching this episode with the lovely overhead views. I am in Sydney and now homesick, it helps by making me feel I am there. Tell that wally to take a jump, he must stolen have treasure under a tree and worried you will find it, More of these lovely overheads please.
Oh my, what a pilot you are. Just the most most fun. People remain strange as they always have been. You are a unique creative that means so much. I had no idea how a drone worked. Love you!!☺️❤️
I really enjoyed the views of the marina and Garstang; thanks for showing us what your drone can do. Looking forward to when you can get back out on the road with it.

To many people quite prepared to mind others business these days. I find a swift smack in the mouth tends to sort it :)
Being reasonable with people no longer works as they all want to be offended, so why not give them something to be offended about.
I'd have told the that bloke you are working for the government and checking on how many walks a day people are having so if this is your first and only walk you'll be ok........ then he turns around and heads straight back ha ha.

Love! ❤️
Good choice with Deja Vu.

What a difference you are making in my life with your perspective of our circumstances. Carry on!
Thank you CHG for entertaining use ,you are quite creative and enjoy it so... stay well and safe!! 🙂☀️
Thanks for that Kevin, much appreciated and good to see you back.
Love the videos and really enjoyed watching this episode with the lovely overhead views. I am in Sydney and now homesick, it helps by making me feel I am there. Tell that wally to take a jump, he must stolen have treasure under a tree and worried you will find it, More of these lovely overheads please.
Gardeners Nose 😂 great video 🌎
Very nice demo, brilliant m/c and don’t worry to much about silly questioners , well done.
Oh my, what a pilot you are. Just the most most fun. People remain strange as they always have been. You are a unique creative that means so much. I had no idea how a drone worked. Love you!!☺️❤️
Aldous Huxley. Always refreshing.
Yes, makes even more sense now.
Great video, thank you.
I really enjoyed the views of the marina and Garstang; thanks for showing us what your drone can do. Looking forward to when you can get back out on the road with it.
Interesting that it is quite easy to trace the track of the defunct Garstang & Knott End Railway through Nateby on this drone video. Thank you!
From the USA, Oregon..... great to hear you're taking good care of yourself.
Thank you Kevin, this is some of the better drone footage that I've seen. The multiple screens give a much better idea of what it's like to operate. BTW, I would have just said...no
He’s probably a criminal in the witness protection program . Don’t let it squash your joy. We out here in lockdown appreciate any and all sights of countryside. Carry on please 🥰
You should have responded to that nerd - "You don't seem to concerned about mine!" Thanks Amanda, beautiful setting.
