For the ones you have no idea how to pronounce: the one on the bottom right is in Hebrew is from read from right to left instead of left to right like English, you have it up side down because the binding of books in languages that go right to left is on the right side. It's pronounched Ashmat Hakochaveem (the ch is that weird flem sound).

It makes me really happy that after all of these years, vlogbrothers is still a channel where two brothers talk to each other. They still direct the videos to each other, it's not all about the nerdfighters or the interweb fame. And while it's obvious that we're incredibly important to them, I think it makes me smile even more that they're still so important to each other. Sorry about my comma splicing.

Thanks for sharing! I'm wondering if, now ten years after starting your vlog, you could share a bit about how you went from two guys with a camera to a major cultural force online. Could you do a behind the scenes reflection of how the pieces fell together, particularly the business side of things? How did you find your employees? How did you initially separate tasks? What steps in production took place along the way? You two are an inspiration and model for a lot of TH-camrs and I think a lot of people would benefit from seeing how you took it from amateur fun to a successful business.
