I think sneakers will be allways on Style 😊 they are just a must have sens 30 years....i don't think it's gonna change....and if, then i'll wear it ....for shore 😊
Peep toe boots are just ridiculous but peep toe pumps and flats are great for those of us whose second toes are longer than our big toe! I still have four pairs of classic pumps in navy, black, neutral beige and a soft brown that I have kept since the 80s since they were so comfortable and very expensive, I might add. Come spring, maybe it's time to haul them out.
Happy New Year! As a teacher, I love that the sneaker trend is still going strong. Loafers don't offer enough support for my feet and suede is problematic here in the Seattle area (even though I use a protective spray). I'm going to keep wearing my Dr. Marten Chelsea Boots and Slingbback Mules up until summer break.
You crack me up speaking to us from another year😂 I’m glad you got a much needed break. Thank you for not saying “let’s get started” - your video started so smoothly! Also, I’ve been watching classic movies over the break - t-straps and peep toe heels are very 1940’s/1970’s, right? I may be mistaken on the decades, but I’m a little excited for the t-straps coming back.
I've just bought some gorgeous chocolate brown suede kitten heels from H&M and a couple of months ago I bought very elegant all-grey suede trainers/sneakers from Massimo Dutti. I absolutely adore suede. For those ladies buying suede Adidas sneakers, i was advised by the salesperson that the handball spezial are wider, so more comfortable that the very similar gazelle or campus, the spezial feel like slippers, they're so comfy. Recommended if you have wide feet or bunions like me.
Bought myself a pair of nice suede loafers last spring. I wore them constantly, all the way through fall (I’m in Georgia so that’s doable) I love a fashion workhorse, so great price per wear purchase!
Thanks for another great video! I hope you enjoy your much deserved break. My Mom wore the peep toe shoes back in her day. (Early 1940's) I've seen pictures and she looked absolutely stunning in them. Very fashionable. She said they were comfortable shoes, too. The white boots? It's bringing back my days in junior high school. So, I'll pass on that trend. I'm really liking the different options of sneakers! I do remember wearing them in the late 70's, early 80's and liked them.
I’m so glad Mary Janes are still going strong! I invested in 2 pairs of Sam Edelmans. A red pair and a black mesh with rhinestones. I’m obsessed with them! I wear them all the time! I love all of these trends! But I’m with you on the peep toe. They still look dated to me. Thanks for your videos!
Hi! Two ideas that came to mind. The perfect place to wear fur trimmed heels is on a cruise or all inclusive resort vacation. I like my peep-toe boots for the Southern fall season. It offered a bit of summer with a fall color palette.
You are so right about the peep toe and the feather(ugh!) shoes. I mean, I have a pair of pee toe pumps, but they are actually sling back so they don’t look so bad. But the whole idea of a peep toe with the boot makes absolutely no sense. OY! I will always wear what I like anyway. The whole thing with the almond toe being out of style a few years ago was just stupid. You see almond toe shoes, boots everywhere. I do love the idea of suede shoes though. They just look so cool. I hope you had a great break. Holidays are crazy sometimes. So it’s nice to get a break once in a while. Happy new year to you and I’m looking forward to your next video, Anna!❤
I love the suede sneakers in so many colors. I just bought my college daughter the New Balance 574 in burgundy suede and after an initial raised eyebrow (because what do moms know about fashion?) she tried them on and loves them. SO cute! Thanks for your videos. You are always so positive. I appreciate your encouragement to try new things but also following up with, "If you don't like this trend, don't wear it." (Flood length jeans for me.😂) Happy New Year from Texas!
Hello from the future! 😊 I have a pair of mink flat sandals I thrifted a few years ago.... so excited about this trend....but you are right about their tricky...Ness! 1) Must be dry weather and 2) cannot be very cold bc they are sandals.... feet completely exposed. Seem such a shame to have this cuddly soft mink fur...in a design that does nothing for warmth! Perhaps I will wear them more than once this year!😂
After watching one of your shoe videos I got a pear of sneakers. I can’t wear flat shoes (back issues) and found a pair of brown/cream leather platform style sneakers - and of all brands, they are Dr. Scholl, lol. But they are so darn cute. The first time I wore them I was in love. SO comfortable!
Happy New Year, Anna! If the mesh is a larger weave and for the peep toe, my foot pushes through like a sausage and hurts. I have learned to stay away. I do have green Adidas that I love 8:41
Peep toe shoes were huge in the early-mid 2000s. They are lovely and very sexy in my opinion. No more uncomfortable than pointy toed stilettos which I also love.
I’m with you Anna! With all of these trends! Never understood the peep toe shoe!? Love the suede shoes!❤️ love your sweater! Always enjoy seeing and listening to your videos!❤️❤️👍
2025 will have me on the prowl for a new pair of classic black pumps to replace the ones I have in my closet. Those were purchased several years ago, and I've worn them some, but they just aren't comfortable. I know, nobody ever said heels were meant to be as comfy as flats, but these have me avoiding them completely. My criteria for my new pumps are a medium heel, moderately pointed toe, and a low cut side. The plainer the better, but they must be excellent quality since I won't be replacing them for a long time.
Oh I think the peep toe is definitely coming back. 15 years ago I had a gorgeous black peep toe high heel pump with a little platform. Maybe Cole Hahn or Stuart Weitzman? They were billed as comfort shoes. I walked all over Italy in them. I kept them as long as I could until peep toes were dead as can be. If i had them on today people would ask where they could get them. Oh, and the T strap will take over, too. I have red sneakers and suede loafers on my list.
I have pastel snakeskin loafers that I love! Peep toe shoes are difficult to get the fit right. If that seam hits the soft skin right above your toenail, forget it! 😵
I had to think back aways for the peep toed shoes. I had a pair of black suede sling backs with peep toes (a London brand, can't remember exactly) in the mid-80's that I really did like. Not sure I would try to repeat that though.
57yo subscriber and love the classic ballet flats and mary janes in metallic bronze or pewter/gunmetal, more subdued that bright gold or silver. Also loving heeled loafers for my petite height. A hard pass on peep toes
I love the metallics, mary jane's, t-strap's, peep toes, pointy, snip, and square toe shoes. What I will never do, on God, is wear sneakers with anything but jeans or on the treadmill 😂. We're all different!
Thanks for the video! I’ve been stumped by shoes lately! Also, would you mind sharing the lipstick you’re wearing in the video? It’s such a pretty shade!
Cold climate (brrr..), you are right Ms Anna, we cannot wear suede shoes " outside " but...oh la la! Yes ! (for inside, why not! That is what we do....waiting for the better climate ;) They are SO lovely, how could we deprive ourselves from indulging into wearing them?! ) Fur? You are so funny Ms Anna....perhaps that their " gentleman " carries them around? who knows...there days... Peeped-toe shoes, BOOTS?! ...nope! 👎😆 Please, don't throw anything against the wall....just buy the ones you LOVE! ;) tee-hee helene :))
I like a heel. Even though I’m 63 and probably date myself I like the height. I wear usually ankle boots with my wide leg trousers with tucked in shirt cropped jacket and my shoes are mostly hidden except the pointy toe.
Just sold two pairs of my Ganni flats (ones shown in beginning of video). Red and animal print. I’m already over them. Maybe should have held on to a bit longer! 😂
Peep toe shoes I won't be doing this time around if it's warm enough to have my toes out a sandal of some sort would look better and if it's not warm a classic pump or slingback would be nicer so I don't understand the peep toe 😂
I'm a shoe girly here, can never have enough. I'm all about sneakers and I don't care if they go out of style. Meh on the mesh. Absolutely not on white boots, they look cheap, and furry anything! Probably not on peek toes, those things will ruin your feet. Love kitten heels, pointy flats, almond shapes and ballet flats. Already own a couple pair of leopard prints. 😊
I remember wearing peep toe shoes a while back, and when I looked down, my middle toe was indeed peeping out…as if it were flipping off my shoes. I won’t let that stop me though if I manage to find an amazing pair.
You are not the first to mention peep toes shoes and I am skipping that trend. I love the retro sneakers so I will be getting a couple more pairs, still no to mesh shoes. I hope all is well with you, I think you are fabulous!
Happy New Year Anna! I love the sneaker trend! Hate the peep toe! Never really liked it. Hope it doesn’t stay on trend too long. The peep toe and the cold shoulder tops need to go bye bye! IMHO.
I hope the sneakers never go out of style....easy to wear and comfy!!
I feel the same way! ❤
I just bought a suede clog in a reddish brown. Can't wait to wear them.
I don’t think sneakers are ever going away.
I think sneakers will be allways on Style 😊 they are just a must have sens 30 years....i don't think it's gonna change....and if, then i'll wear it ....for shore 😊
If we keep wearing them they will stay on trend. Sneaks forever!
Totally agree about the fur and feather heels - those peeps have different social lives to mine 😂
Obsessed with the retro sneakers.
I like the different color choices for sneakers.
Same! ❤️❤️
❤❤❤❤
I live in Portland, OR & love my Dr. Marten Chelsea boots! They are a staple in my shoe wardrobe 😊
Peep-toe heels are really classy, excited about them coming back. I had a black pair about 10 years ago that I wore all the time
You crack me up speaking to us from another year😂 I’m glad you got a much needed break. Thank you for not saying “let’s get started” - your video started so smoothly! Yes they are! I for some reason think of Saturday Night Fever when I think of t-straps 😃
T-straps were also a HUGE trend in the 1920s.
Awesome video! I feel the same way about peep-toe boots. They make as much sense as short-sleeve wool coats.
Hahaha exactly! 😂
I've just bought some gorgeous chocolate brown suede kitten heels from H&M and a couple of months ago I bought very elegant all-grey suede trainers/sneakers from Massimo Dutti. I rebelled against the “sneaker with everything” look so hard but I have to say, it’s one of my fav things ever now!
i could never wear white tennies. Glad that's over?
I hear you! ❤️❤️
Bought myself a pair of nice suede loafers last spring. I wore them constantly, all the way through fall (I’m in Georgia so that’s doable) I love a fashion workhorse, so great price per wear purchase!
Lovely! I love those! ❤️❤️
I love the peep-toe shoe. I think it has a flair of class and glamour.
Luv watching your videos. Thank you for not being an Amazon infomercial, but actually trends/fashion and relatable! Happy New Year wishes to you!
Happy New Year! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you! Yes please take a break and renew! We all love your content and want you to be rested and make more !
Just purchased two pair of Puma retro sneakers with suede trim. I love them, they run narrow so fit really well.
The only time I owned a pair of white boots was when I got a pair of go-go boots when I was in 4th or 5th grade 😂😂😂
😂😂😂
I wanted some go-go boots so badly in jr. high, (mod era) but my mom deprived me lol
I had some in 4th grade-back in the dark ages of the 60’s!
Thanks for another great video! I hope you enjoy your much deserved break.

Yes!! That is actually the perfect occasion for something like that ❤️❤️
You had me laughing out loud today with your funny little jokes. I never understood the peep toe boots either. Won’t be wearing peep toes.
❤️❤️❤️
You are so right about the peep toe and the feather(ugh!) shoes. I mean, I have a pair of pee toe pumps, but they are actually sling back so they don’t look so bad. I have some brown suede sneakers but I love the idea of suede loafers!! Add to cart!
That is one cute sweater top you are wearing.
I was thinking the same thing. I love that sweater!
I love the suede sneakers in so many colors. You look extra pretty ❤ I'm excited that colorful sneakers are still on trend as Santa (my boyfriend) bought me cute red adidas for Christmas 😊
Hello from the future! 😊 I have a pair of mink flat sandals I thrifted a few years ago.... so excited about this trend....but you are right about their tricky...Ness! 1) Must be dry weather and 2) cannot be very cold bc they are sandals.... feet completely exposed. Perp toes are great if you like 40s and 50s vintage dresses.
I have a pair of Italian made, black suede peep toe shoes..they are actually fairly comfortable..i will be rocking them this spring
Happy New Year !!! Love the sneaker trend!!!!🎉😇
Happy New Year, Anna! If the mesh is a larger weave and for the peep toe, my foot pushes through like a sausage and hurts. I have learned to stay away. I do have green Adidas that I love 8:41
Love those green adidas! ❤️❤️
Peep toe shoes were huge in the early-mid 2000s. They are lovely and very sexy in my opinion. No more uncomfortable than pointy toed stilettos which I also love.
I love that you still had your tree up that makes me so happy 🎉❤

Happy new year , Anna. I like to watch your video ❤
I always wear fur heals. I love, love, love them ❤

Interesting video.Happy 2025 from Ireland.
I have been wearing peep-toe ankle boots for forever! But we don't get any snow here. I LOVE the leopard-print shoes! I have "several" pairs.
Thanks for the new video Anna! I agree with you; peep toe is not was I´m going to wear 2025. /Marie from Sweden
Agreed! 😂❤️
I have some metallic and leopard print shoes, love them 🙂
❤❤❤
Great video! Sort of a repeat of last year and I love it!
Yes!! Some trends just last longer than others 🙌
HI Anna, Love, love, love your channel. Burnout? - take a break, we will still be here and you will come back so refreshed and feeling better.
I have pastel snakeskin loafers that I love! Peep toe shoes are difficult to get the fit right. If that seam hits the soft skin right above your toenail, forget it! 😵
I hear you!
You are so Funny!! I agree with the fur shoes!
Happy New Year, Anna, I really enjoy your Videos & look forward for more 😊
Happy New Year, Anna!! kd
Happy New Year! ❤️❤️
Thanks Anna!! Love all Mary Janes and all mesh! Love this video! Happy 2025!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

White go-go boats were awesome. I think they would be fun to bring back with mini dresses.
I love the metallics, mary jane's, t-strap's, peep toes, pointy, snip, and square toe shoes. What I will never do, on God, is wear sneakers with anything but jeans or on the treadmill 😂. We're all different!
love your christmas tree!!
I have kept all of these trends in my shoe closet from over the years. No need to repurchase!
Love your sweater Anna ❤
Thank you! ❤️❤️
Happy new year Anna 🍾 ✨️
Happy New Year, Angela! ❤❤
I think peeptoe heels are classic. From the 50s.
Yay my old (new) suede sneakers I bought in France in 2017 are big in style again! 😊 Peep toe boots in Canada 😂😂😂😂😂
Anna, Excellent video!! Happy New Year! 🎉

Omg the speedcat was so in in high school in 2000-2004. Crazy how my youth is returning 😅
I wear boots outside and change my shoes for indoors, up here in Toronto. Pro peep toe. ❤
I agree with you on those peep toe shoes and boots. I’m in Colorado, my feet would freeze.
Omg did you on the Hiram Bingham to Machu picchu?! That train was so much fun !
I am doing low buy for clothes, skincare(only replenish fully used items), bag (1 bag) No buy for shoes, jewellery, make up.
Ahhh! Shoes 💭 my big love!
I would love to buy red sneakers - Puma or Adidas- can you show in a video how to style red sneakers. Thank you!!!
You are so fun to watch!
I like a heel. Even though I’m 63 and probably date myself I like the height. I wear usually ankle boots with my wide leg trousers with tucked in shirt cropped jacket and my shoes are mostly hidden except the pointy toe.
You are a riot Anna, Happy New Year 🌟
Happy New Year to you too! 🎉
Just sold two pairs of my Ganni flats (ones shown in beginning of video). Red and animal print. I’m already over them. Maybe should have held on to a bit longer! 😂
Excellent video just what i needed. ❤
Glad it was helpful!
I am old enough to have been wearing the old burgundy gazelle adidas 😊
Love your videos- you go girl!!
Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰
FUTURE here! 🤭🙋♀ It's all good! Great advice as always. PS. I didn't get that Furby party invite either. I got you girl!
lol 🤣🤣
Love peep toe shoes, can’t wait to have a new pair and remember my 20’s 😂❤🎉
Happy New Year 🎉❤
I love fir trimmed shoes I have had for 6 or so years and love them
Really?! They don’t get dirty?
I have metalic loafers and I love them
Ooo love the sound of those! ❤️❤️
@ANNAREID29 I bought them at JC Penneys..they're cool but not flashly too much more of gun metal shine
P-toe is a necessity for some. I will never go out of style.
Great video! What brand are the shoes at 1:14 - 1:15? I love them but couldn't find them when I searched online.
Thank you for thinking of those of us who have to traverse snow and slush!
Love the sweater you are wearing.
Thank you! ❤️❤️
The fur trimmed heels give an "I forgot to wax" vibe.
😂😂😂
Love your videos 🙏
Peep toe shoes I won't be doing this time around if it's warm enough to have my toes out a sandal of some sort would look better and if it's not warm a classic pump or slingback would be nicer so I don't understand the peep toe 😂
.loving the sneakers!

I won’t let that stop me though if I manage to find an amazing pair.
Your third toe?
You are not the first to mention peep toes shoes and I am skipping that trend. I love the retro sneakers so I will be getting a couple more pairs, still no to mesh shoes. I hope all is well with you, I think you are fabulous!
Agree with you on the peep toe shoes. They are really uncomfortable
i’ll be wearing my current shoes until the wheels wear off because that is the right thing to do.
Happy New Year Anna! I love the sneaker trend! Hate the peep toe! Never really liked it. Hope it doesn’t stay on trend too long. The peep toe and the cold shoulder tops need to go bye bye! IMHO.
Eek! I can’t walk in flats or heels. I hope we can keep our lugg soles.😊
