Good question. But don’t like the idea of weight classes. Better to carefully craft programming so that all body types have a chance to win. CrossFit is a sport where this is possible imo.

Looking forward to be in cologne this weekend for the coaches camp. @Gommaar: I am asking myself which sport background do you eventually need as a kid, to become such a high crossfit responser? (Tia running, Fraser weightlifting, Vellner gymnastics, Koski swimmer, Fikowski volleyball; all pretty different 😂😂) Master Athlete Jason Grubb started CrossFit at the age of 38 and is now a multiple back to back master champion. Maybe genes?! Who knows...
