    I appreciate you sharing these tips!!! Invaluable advice for us fellow musicians.
    Be Proactive is the one I am improving all 2025 and beyond. I am confident that my music delivers a universal vibration that anyone across the globe will resonate with. I am no longer seeking external validation from anyone. It leads to hardcore procrastination. We as musicians have people waiting on us. You'll never know how your music could help someone get through whatever situation. I am an eclectic musician so I appreciate the rawness of an artist's music.
    Note: It's great to make sure you have a decent sounding project. But don't allow it to deter you from sharing your music just because it doesn't have that high quality loud radio sound. Music is for many settings and vibes. Music is not just to be heard. Music is supposed to deliver a feeling. So, with that being said, put everything into like it's your last work of art you'll be remembered by.
    PEACE & BLISSFUL CREATING

    Thanks so much for this. I needed exactly this to feel better about the path I’ve been taking. I left my job last year and have been working and fortifying myself on video art and 30 years of beat making. Instant subscription. Thanks again.

    Great tips that are musts for any occupation. The one that resonates most with me is not waiting or seeking for external validation - once I stopped seeking that, my whole mindset changed. Great video and new fan here.

    I love that you say "Making it doesn't exist." And if we let go of the idea of making it, and focus more on what different elements of our industry we enjoy... that's a much happier journey! Amen! So, so true. Not always easy to remember, but makes all the difference! And yes! Pursue Excellence, not Perfection. I look forward to being able to call myself a "reformed perfectionist" as well! This isn't even my exact industry, but the ideas in your video really resonate with me. (One question about YT editing: How do you block out each section of your video like you did? That's a cool thing I'm not sure I've seen before. And as a viewer, that's really helpful!) Thanks again for your informative and inspiring video!

      Definitely one of the key ones here. Having a goal to pursue is important but it's definitely worth working out what that goal specifically is instead of consistently trying to "make it".

    Im making cover songs, any advice :D ?

    • @LarpmusicUk
      @LarpmusicUk  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sara, thanks for getting in touch!
      In terms of cover songs, you're in a great and lucrative market. By releasing cover music, it means that you already have an audience waiting (the same audience of the original artist in question!).
      A great strategy would be to try and identify their fanbase online and find a way to reach them and make sure that they hear your music. :)
      I would love to hear one of your covers so please do post a link in the comments below!
