    The spindle speed can be set-up at 750 rpm, while the doors can be opened.

    I've heard some people say to back off one thou after the edge finder bumps out and go from there, and I've also heard what you're saying and to just go from the point where it bumps out. I usually use a Haimer 3D taster, but I'm having to use one of these for now and I'm wondering which method is actually correct.

      Believe it or not, that was from a camera light that heated the glass...lol.

    Should the edge finder be stable when you set X & Y?

  • @averageinvestor4423
    @averageinvestor4423 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    So you subtracted on the y offset by -0.1 but added to the x ? 0.1? Why is this ?

      Moving the edge finder to the right side is (+), and moving it to the left side is(-). It will be easy for you to find out the directions of (X, Y& Z) Axis, concerns (+)& (-)

      Basically whether you add or subtract .1 is dependent on which side of x0 you're edge finding. If you're on the positive side, you add.

    I’ve been edge finding with foil or a Rizzla. Got a mystery 20 thou error, either I’m not paying enough attention to wheel divisions or my table leadscrew is screwed😭😭😭🤣❤️
