I saw your pops at the car show and said, "Hi!" to him. Very nice guy and I didn't mean to talk his ear off. Not cheap.. but a cheap electrician isn't a good thing. Laterdaze, Grumpy (Nate) 🤟😎
If your wife likes it and it works for her by all means. I’d look into getting an electrician to hook up your 220 asap. The extension cord thing makes me nervous as it’s a potential fire hazard.
Subaru trade in was about 20k. The mach e was 55k - 12k rebates = 43k. But he’s only paying 5k over next 2 years, so he’s up 15K in the next 2 years. Now will the Mach-e cost much more than 15k in 2 years to buy out? Probably. But I’m curious what his buy out amount will be, cause then he got a brand new car for way cheaper than buying it outright. Now I’m not the best math guy lol, let me know if I’m wrong
@@3dzilla8does he still lose the 10k he put down on the lease he has to give back in two years? Unless he buys it, then the 10k is out towards the buy out? Not sure how it all works myself.
@@HelpedSOS the 10k you’re talking about is toward the lease not a purchase meaning it’s part of the cost. If he chooses to purchase then yeah it will be deducted as part of the purchase. But when he returns his lease it’s all gone
similarly for us; traded in our paid off '21 RAV 4 Hybrid XSE for a 2024 RAV 4 Prime XSE on a three year lease, small discount plus 6500 bucks lease cash (31K for our car) and they cut us a check for 15K which we combined with a few grand to pay off the house! 28.2K due at the end of the lease and we will buy it, no doubt this will hold value...its a Toyota!
Those multi outlet surge protectors are gonna burn out and fry eventually that happened with my Tesla I bought a 50 ft heavy duty extension cable to resolve the charging outside issue
That was an educational video. Leasing an EV always makes mores sense than buying. I have often thought about getting a cheap ev lease for a couple of years just to go to work and back.
Used to sell cars and we had a mach- e. People say range is an issue, dude no one needs to drive 200+ miles a day. If you need to, your getting a truck with an extended fuel tank. People say refueling. Plug it in when you get home. Don't have a home. Don't buy a car half the price of one. If you want a simple, quick, reliable ev for daily driving. Mach e isn't bad. Drives smooth, comfortable, and it works really well. I wouldn't buy it if you want to track it or use it for work. It's just a car ment for daily driving.
Why would you track a mock e? And people drive 200 miles on a daily basis. Don't comment when you don't know what you're talking about. You're just another keyboard warrior.
My issue would be a fire of some kind because you can't put it out without special equipment if it gets to the battery and if I decided to go on a road trip it would take me longer to charge for the 12 hour trip then the trip would take
People just have range anxiety totally normal. Personally a Mach e is a good choice and makes sense. Used ones make more sense to me with the used ev tax rebate imo.
How’s the screen? The one I test drove generated so much heat off the screen it was insane! Here in Australia cars get incredibly hot in the summer and then the screen radiating heat … it really turned me off. Do you have the same if you hold your hand in front of the screen after 30mins … is it warm?
In Europe many people lease cars. And after the end they pay off the vehicle. Car payment in this part of the world is not the best decision. Maybe if you pay half of the value of the car as a down payment this would work out.
Am thinking at some point getting an EV, just for work and home and have narrowed my choices to Mustang Mach-e and Hyundai IoniQ. Other than that i'll keep buying gas. Love the color choice on the Mach-e though!
We just picked up a certified one a with less than 25k miles for less than half of what it cost new… - yea it’s not a real mustang and it’s sorta annoying ford did that. But it is a really great driving car. Tons of space, quicker than a 5.0, good tech etc. just wish they took off the mustang badges. I think it sorta ruined the car for many potential buys including (almost) myself.
Let me wrap my pea brain around the financials. You put $10k down on a 24 month lease and are left with a $190 per month payment? Effectively making your payment around $600 per month?
I can't believe burlacher is really trying sell the Mach e when absolutely nobody wants not asked for it...could've just called it the new escape😅😅😅😅😅 Ford dropped the ball on that one
@@loafnugget3088yeah they’re about 23k with about 17k miles meanwhile he put a 10k downpayment on a new one. But then again he got rid of his paid off Subaru 😂 not to great decisions

I was here when he had 15k subscribers its so nice to see him at 330k+ he really put the work in❤

What was wrong with the Subaru or trying to save money on gas
I really prefer the old Mustang, i love the smell of gasoline, and i love the sound of a V8, i don't care its slower.
New tag line coming soon…
“Hope you’re all doing well, hope you’re all charging life!”

That charging situation looks janky get a sparky in
EVs have video games to give you something to do while you wait if you ever have to use a public charging station.
Hey Nick you wanna sell your bronco? I’m interested if so.
120V 240V please! This is the US
So you gave them 10k to get that price. 10k over 2 years is $416 a month you are paying on TOP of that lease payment.
smart man
Don’t charge it in the garage! You might end up with a burned down house
The Mach 1🤤
⚡For sure a good decision for the need (daily driver) and the overall situation 👍
They should have just called it the Mach-e
You should go with the F-150 lightning
No one else does the pass code because they can't its paten 0rotected
I mean why did they call it a MUSTANG? THEY could of just callled it a Mach E and remove the mustang part
193 a month not bad!
But how much down??
He said 10k down
Games and movies are for when ur charging 😂😂
That Mach E is NOT the Same as the Mach1. Mach 1 is a real mustang
