I guess depending on the person, he can visually come off as suspicious at first glance (from whatever story I think he just told here). But seriously, I want to fully understand the stories he tells (but language!). The way he tells stories/jokes really reminds me of someone I used to jokingly call "teacher" (who is, now that I think about it, just as badass as Kuroda-san but just not as fashionable). Stories are not over the top or overly crass but can still get a good chuckle out of everyone.
