There are literally people in prison that have gotten convicted off of less evidence that was presented in her trial It’s also worth noting that the jury thought she was guilty. She got acquitted because the prosecution underdelivered/didn’t prove their case They never established how caylee died nor did they have any physical evidence Mind you they were charging first degree M and seeking the DP Her whole family is complicit though. And her dad definitely helped her cover it up
@@xircc dad absolutely did & that’s why she left him / got divorced. But then Casey also tried to say her dad was S/A her & then made the case ALL about her .. I commented earlier that she definitely would NOT have been freed if it was tried now ! SMH but Karma doesn’t have a date !

@@Craftycoco23 yeah I kinda felt like maybe I could’ve come up with a better closing argument 😂 I think that the defense being able to do their closing argument last was part of it because the prosecution had the whole emotional thing going on then the defense crapped all over all of it
i need to say that one of the reasons why she was not found guilty was because the prosecutors were wayyy too over confident and charged her with first degree instead of doing the classic tactic of trying to get her on something lesser that they can probably convince the jury on (like neglect, second degree, manslaughter, etc) and that was mostly because of the media attention the case got. im not even joking. it was compared to OJ's case and the prosecutors were in the media a ton doing interviews. not only that but the jury was completely inept, and some jurors were later interviewed and said they had no idea what they were doing. because of so much negligence in the court system, she got off completely free from all charges. all because of a lazy judicial system and prosecutors that wanted to show off to the media

I’ve never seen someone lie like this a day in my life. I’m actually shocked how she did not have any mental health issues. They need to test her again because boy ain’t now way. But then again we can clearly see that she has been lying and getting away with it for YEARSSSSS and it’s sad to say but it’s partially her parents fault in terms of her growing up with this sort of mindset that she can lie her way out of everything. Plus I don’t wanna sound sexist in any way but I think the fact that she’s also a woman helps. Let me land😂. People generally tend to believe women more. Especially when she was a young girl.
