Bring your TUMS and some aspirin too. So many mistakes made here. Never stuff a chicken or any bird, it takes too long for the inside to get hot and the poultry juices are full of bacteria. Run for the bathroom.
The time and effort going into this process from start to finish is amazing and I can imagine the chicken tastes fantastic, so it's no wonder they make the money.
Have watched this several times over the times this has been uploaded and would love to own something EXACTLY like this wonderful family restaurant. I hope this reaches you and your family in great health and happiness❤️🙏

Many of these communities utilize underground banking systems or family investment or other ways of financing. Don't believe all that hard work stuff, they have access to capital that other groups simply don't have. Or they may be laundering crime money. You know nothing about these communities, just what you see on the surface.
This is great. All the flavour without the inefficiency. This is what I love about Korean culture. Clean hygienic and authentic like the Japanese but with the practical and efficiency of the Chinese combined. In Japan they would be roasting one chicken at a time turning it by hand lol. In China they would roast 1000 chickens and you’ll end up with 3 wings and one leg on a plate
Great video. Love how there’s no obnoxious and unnecessary voiceover, so I can be left with the subtle sounds of the craft. Just curious, what’s the price for a chicken there?
For those wondering, the cost is 16,000 won for a whole chicken with Glutinous rice, ginseng, jujube, garlic, ginko, pine nuts. 16,000 korean won = $12.84 USD.

@Fractal227 nah it;s white rice. but it turns purple as it cooks. the color comes from the wild grain that gets cooked with it
