Sir but only tray is made and no high ceiling is made by contractor he just made trays all around along original cieling what would be the calculation??

Total no of gypsum boards X total sft of each board?
yes you can! when you know the total sq,ft of your ceiling you can simply divide it with 24 to get number of board required.
I think according to yoy cost of false ceiling cost more than concreting a slab.

I think you are asking price in Guwahati, ok. Here rate vary from 60 -90 depends on materials and amount of work

Is it possible to make false ceiling with the budget of 50000 only for living room in Guwahati
In most of the case the living room carpet size somewhere around 300 sqft, for 300sq.ft carpet area usually false ceiling area somewhere around 500 -700 sq.ft. depends solely on design of the ceiling. Now coming to your question if your budget is 50k, yes u can make a false ceiling for up to 750 sq.ft area. But this can only cover the ceiling work. Not the ceiling lighting and painting works.

Sir, I still have some doubt about tray ….According to me, for the room dimension of 12×12 with tray of 1.5feet comes to 243sq.ft but according to you, it comes as 234 sq.ft. So, I think that you hadn't mention tray width in your calculation because tray width may vary according to customers .i.e. it may be 1.5,2,2.5 feet etc. I mean to say that for different tray width, your calculations comes to same. But in real, total sq.ft will change according to tray width. Sir, Please respond me for this confusion that this calculator really works accurately or not. Thank You..
First of all thanks for watching the video. Your concern is genuine, there is no fix width of tray. It can vary depends on design. However when you bulit an overlapping ceiling, the required distance between to the two ceiling is 6 inches only. It actually doesn't matter whatever the tray size is , but in most of the cases the ceiling the two ceiling overlaps by 6 inches. That overlapping 6" is considered in the calculator. You can find this in the video 06.42

Namaskar bhaiya, main ekk aur alag se video banaoga jis main materials kitna lagta hai aur uska costing kitna ata hai us par hoga. Baki yeh video mene ceiling measurements ke upar banaya hai. Jis mai Jo log (customer) ceiling banate hai unhe total kharsa ka hisap sahiye. Aur us siz par hi yeh video based hai.

Overlapping means two different level of ceiling crossed each other by certain distance .

For center of the room, you should fill the dimensions of your specified false ceiling area. The calculator will answer.

@@sharadmitra for center box false ceiling you should fill the box length as room length, and box width as room width. Than fill your ceiling box perimeter in the box length column of the calculator.
Suppose your ceiling box measure 4ft in length and 3ft in width than in the calculator you should fill room length as 4ft and room width as 3ft then leave total tray length as blank, in total box length you should fill up as (4+3+4+3)= 14 ft

@@sharadmitra no. You don't need to calculate the whole room dimensions but you need to calculate the box horizontal sq.ft and its vertical running ft, that will calculate by the above method I mentioned
