But we take flat areas in Sqft & vertical 2' 3' 4' in Running Feet only, not double Measurement, not even drop Celling, All Contractor have their different way of Measuring.

They are not doing anything in the middle ,it a direct RCC ceiling so why did you add that middle part to your calculations???
I really didn't understand this point, please reply

It is NOT direct RCC. Whole ceiling must be covered by gypsum sheet first. Then you add your designs (patta and all). RCC ceiling will show undulations when you turn on cove light.

bro thats R ft & its not 2inches its two times , it means 9ft+9ft & 7ft + 7ft , its unit is r ft which is length unit not area. calculation is right but he should have separated rates for rft and sqft thats a mistake.
