    After hearing all this. I dont think optometrist can do any work in private practice which an ophthalmic assisstant cant. And to work in a hospital optometrist will be same as ophghalmic assisstant. Maybe change the bill and remove optometrist all together and save future generation feom this hideous and shameful career. Where the only thing youngsters will get is dissapointment. Its better to do MBA and work outside india.
