Great video Trev :) It looks like the Dee had a nice amount of water. I haven't been over it for a few months so it is always nice to see. Apart from the cold start it looked like you did well with the weather. The stretch of canal back to the car looked a nice place as well...... nice and peaceful. The choice to spend your time on the river was the right one for sure Trev. A different view than the mountains. I really enjoyed the wooded escarpments and the hills surrounding you as you both serenely navigated towards the canal. That was a nice transition. Good going. Mark

Not been canoeing in over 30 years (yeah I know I don't look old enough) but was fortunate enough to go rafting along the Dee with WhiteWater Active for a stag party a few years back, but we started after the horseshoe falls then through the town. Still you chose a great day to take in the views using a different mode of transport. The canal looked much easier going. ATB Andy
