I called home affairs today and was advised to fill-out the FORM 1436. Now, I'm confused because I don't even see any option where I can attach the form 1436 to the BVB I have lodged. Thank you for the replay , since then I have apply for a tourist subclass 600 for my family members, and ask for one year visa , their replay was a bridging visa A while they are processing the subclass 600 . Happy with the response , not happy with the charge 365 dollars each , my family are obligated to stay due to the pandemic and we think this is outrageous, no consideration what so ever by this government, they shouldn’t have to pay , this is a situation no body new would happen and considering they have already paid 145 dollars for one year multiple entries ? This is the part that infuriated me !! A student visa can be approved when you are onshore or offshore.
