- New bike season is still delivering, as we recently took possession of the 2022 Kawasaki KX450SR at State Fair MX. The Kawasaki KX450SR is an all-new machine in the Kawasaki line-up that now offers the public some of the same trick parts Factory Riders like Jason Anderson are equipped with. We had Mike Cundari and Donn Maeda gear up and spin some laps on the new machine before giving us their initial impressions of the SR. Check it out!

2 months ago We ordered the new 2022 KX85 for our 11 year old boy, who just won 3rd and 4th in Vermont, and New Hampshire Amateur Motocross! and we are so proud of him!
Kawasaki is the best motorcycle of all!

@@woodman4989 Yamaha made it so you could buy their GYTR Monster Racing addition, and have the consumer purchase what he/she wants from their Genuine Yamaha Team Racing (GYTR) Parts Catalog to build their special edition the way that they want!!! Who else has ported cylinder head assemblies and high compression cylinder heads for sale??? No other manufacturer does this that I know of! It also allows the average consumer to purchase parts as more money becomes available.
Also it isn't just a graphics kit - they include a golden "works" chain too! lmbo hahaha Nah, but seriously check out the 2021 Factory Edition shootout and watch that Yami destroy the competition...it would STILL eat this Kawi for lunch, because the Kawi engine only has polished intake ports compared to a full factory porting job on the Yamaha that also has GYTR racing cams, AND high compression piston for cheaper than the Kawi price. The engine is already leagues ahead in stock form too, as we could see Star utilizing these same GYTR components and destroying competition in a stacked field this past year in 250 & 450 class. That's the other great part for Yamaha, is that one can buy the same engine components and performance for the 250 platform, as well!!!
@@jonathondavis170 Thanks for the info. My son has been looking into a Yamaha. I'm 52 years old and happy with my 350 right now. He wants to Yamaha but the 22 450 is hard to find right now in Washington st. I'll pass the info on to my son.
Honestly I think it’s a good price if you take a stock KX450F and then add all the extras with it. These will be more expensive for years to come.
I don't think any dirtbikes is worth over 10k. It's getting out of hand and making the sport harder and harder for racers to get involved with, and stay involved with. This is going to have a long term impact and really hurt the growth of the sport in the future.
I agree. Here in Costa Rica a stock KTM SXF250 costs 13k. Its incredible stupid.
Don't the kyb have a larger diameter than stock forks? That's possibly why you have more feeling at the front.
No, kyb is 48 mm and stock showa is 49 mm.
Anyone know what weight rider the KYB suspension is set up for?
Yes it is Worth. $12,000 but not the $16,800 Del AMO Motorsports told me I had to pay 🤮

No these bike prices are getting ridiculous it’s making it harder and harder for guys on a budget that still wanna ride instead they get stuck with second hand clapped out junk make the bikes affordable for everyone my lord you could buy a kayo k6r for like 4000 bucks brand new it get it’s from China or whatever but still these bikes come from Japanese manufacturers I don’t see what the problem is CHEAPER BIKES FOR ALL
It's a performance Kawi with work parts on, if you were to buy the forks alone from Technical Touch it's over 3 grand. This isn't cheap Chinese junk.

Exactly I would love to be in a sport like this I ride and love to ride trails whatever but the industry makes it impossible for a guy like me to compete with the factory racers which isn’t fair nor is it helpful to grow the sport and most of the China junk you speak of is designed from old Honda technology or other old bikes of that era so therefore there not that much of junk you would say cause the technology is stuff we all use to ride and enjoy

They’re actually selling for $16,000 in Oregon right now…. NOT worth it. Buy a 2021, buy X Trig clamps, Pipe, Graphics, then send your suspension to Enzo for a Coating/Revalve, etc
No WAY IN THE world is this worth that much…. The suspension isn’t even a KYB “A Kit”
Motosport Hillsboro wants $19,999.00 for theirs. I just bought one from a dealer in Sandpoint,Idaho for ?13,300.00. Salem ,Oregon dealer wanted $18,000.00. Fuck Oregon!
