This doesn’t have the Republic “Eagle” logo at the end since “Under California Stars” was a Republic film, but I did checked on TH-cam that it has the same closing with the Republic “Eagle” logo.
Although I forgot what movie it was, I used to have a 1984/1985 Goodtimes tape that, after the movie, had the last few remaining minutes of another movie at the end (audio only, blank screen that portion). The tape was broken when I got it but I ended up fixing it and checking the tape, and I got it 1/18/16. I no longer have that tape though

That is pretty weird for a 1986 vt tape.
I have seen the silent WSOD on other early VT tapes before. The other thing though, that was the especially weird part!
