    I'm 4 years old and I'm 5"6 and 287 lb with 3% body fat and I workout 9 days a week... I wish to look like these guys one day... any tips?

    I'm 14, and have also dreamed and set goals to look like these guys. I have the body for it. I'm bigger than everyone in my grade all the way up until 10th grade (I'm in 8th) I have put my whole life into trying to be like them. Everyone tells me I need to focus on more important things. This is all I really care about, At this point there is no going back, I'm already knees deep. And I don't care, I am willing to do whatever I have to do. -6'1 and 240! Let the haters hate!

    thanks for these vids, for the past few years i've been sitting on my ass eating and boozing, i've been getting worse and worse, i have an epic metabolism but i'm starting to get fat, one night afew weeks ago i drank 3 litres of wine...just alone in my room.
    the following day i decided enough is enough, i've quit alcohol completely, cut down on my eating and started lifting weights again, something i have'nt done in far too long, this is all thanks to videos like this that tell me to keep going!

      7elxez, work hard but also understand the concept of hormone use know the negatives if you decide to use it early such as your growth plates prematurely closing, don't listen to ZavoStuff, you need the fucking chemicals this is not some sort of joke "ohhh just try hard and everything iwll be okay" your genetics limit exactly what you can and cannot become, if you want to become an amazing bodybuilder learn all you can about the hormones NOW an expect yourself to be on a form of exogenous testosterone your entire life, can't handle that? then don't become a pro bodybuilder because I Can tell you right now you'll be very dissapointed without the use of AAS, educate yourself and don't be ignorant about this subject it is the bread and butter of bodybuilding. Don't be ignorant and say "i don't need them" but also don't jump into them without properly educating yourself, this is for all you young teenagers out there, be smart

      ZavoStuff you can't achieve these physiques without taking chemicals, but you also have to be the hardest working person out there with the best genetics possible. If the kid thinks he can achieve this naturally it will never happen.

    first you need genetics, second diet and sleep and training all the time everything has to be perfect it has to be your life a part of you then you need to do it for over 10years. Then all the science comes in to fine tune everything to even try for a pro card. Very hard to accomplish and much respect to all bodybuilders. Ya sure the gear help a bit but without the other things gear is useless you can do steroids till your liver fails and you wont be a pro bodybuilder you need everything else first.

    yeah some motivation. that is a recipe for a short life and painful end after you destroyed your liver kidneys and whole body from so much protein drugs and punishment beyond repair. not to mention all that food and drugs cost a fortune. but I suppose that could be a way to separate the idiots from the gene pool. it's a wicked con job on our youth. as long as you know what you're getting into...good luck. suggested goal...build some muscle then strive moderately towards fitness not giantism. moderation is a great concept.
